Deleting wikitags

[edit]

Deleting wikitags like you did here is not encouraged. It is obvious that the article has very less citations for the loads of the content. The tags like "refimprove" are added to seek help in improving the articles. They should not be deleted by feigning ignorance or neglecting the statements/edit-summary of the editor who added that tag. For instance, my edit summary clearly tells what is the problem with the content of the article. Still, you asking the obvious. Please do not delete tags like this. Thanks, --Roadahead 21:33, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Roadahead!
It is would be appreciated if you point out specific portions of the article that you think need extra citations. Tagging the whole article at this point is undesirable. Thanks! Gurmatscholar (talk) 21:35, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The whole article misses inline citations and references and there are several unsourced claims on the article. This type of material may well be suited for SikhiWiki but is not appropriate for Wikipedia. You have again deleted the wikitag without fixing the problem highlighted by the tag. Please do not delete the wikitags until the problem is fixed. Such stubborn deletion of tags without fixed fixing and discussing the problem often quickly earns a ban from editing wikipedia. Regards, --Roadahead 21:42, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I am least concerned with the contents on SikhiWiki. Please dont bring unrelated issues to the talk. Anyhow your concerns with the extra citations will be met. Gurmatscholar (talk) 21:48, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
