ANI discussion
[edit]Hello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Edit warring and conflict of interest of Community Security Trust. Thank you. Singularity42 (talk) 14:12, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
"controversial"
[edit]Just to be clear about something in regards to your recent edits to Geoffrey Alderman - a writer publishing an article that people get heated up about does not make it controversial in wikipedia terms. It becomes controversial when multiple reliable sources comment *about* that article and make the claim that it is controversial. --Cameron Scott (talk) 17:31, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
May I respectfully point out that Alderman's first JC article on the Community Security Trust was, the following week, condemned in a letter (available only in the JC's print edition) signed by some 27 leading British Jews?Gershon1 (talk) 18:48, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
- 1) That was never mentioned in the article and 2) even then that's borderline - was this picked up by any other press agencies? --Cameron Scott (talk) 08:45, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
Hi. With this edit some references were added. They now have tags around them but don't satisfy standard inline citation format. If ever you feel inclined to tidy these, it would be much appreciated. Personally, I find that ProveIt often simplifies this process for new links. Thanks for reading. -- Trevj (talk) 13:33, 22 November 2011 (UTC)
