I think you confused creating an article with creating an account. You edited your user page, which is not article space, but a place for the named individual to tell about themselves as a Wikipedia user. Your username needs to represent you, the operator of this account, not your league.(your real name is not required) New accounts cannot directly create articles. What you wrote on your user page is absolutely considered promotional under our rules(see WP:YESPROMO). Wikipedia is not a place for organizations to tell about themselves. Our articles(not "pages") summarize what independent reliable sources say about topics that meet our criteria, which we call notability, like a notable organization. Please see conflict of interest and paid editing. You won't be unblocked to, in the short term, edit about your league. If that is your only goal here, this is the end of the road. If you want to be a more general contributor, please tell what edits you will make instead. You may later be permitted to indirectly contribute about your league once you show with a good edit history that you understand relevant Wikipedia policies, but not now.
