I, as an executor of the estate of Tyrone Edmund Power III (“Tyrone Power”) hereby serve upon you all this Cease-and-Desist Letter in connection with the identification and pursuit of identified instances of libellous statements made against Tyrone Power and for restraining you from making further defamatory, fictitious, base-less, malicious statements against him. The brief relevant facts giving rise to the issuance of this Cease-and-Desist Letter are reiterated as follow:
I have evidence to prove that you have made defamatory statements against Tyrone Power on Wikipedia which contain malicious falsehood and derogatory remarks. In doing so, defamatory statements are being communicated to public at large which is posing a serious threat to reputation of Tyrone Power, his estate, and his family.
These comments in the Wikipedia article are designed to damage the reputation Tyrone Power rather than having fair criticism.
Legal Proceedings In order to protect the interest, reputation of Tyrone Power and his family, I am considering proceedings against you as an executor of his estate.
I serve this Cease and Desist Letter upon you and demand you to immediately remove the abovementioned defamatory and baseless statements against Tyrone Power from Wikipedia and any other known or unknown online platforms.
In case you do not appreciate the gravity of the situation by not complying with the above stated steps, and I am forced to take legal proceedings against you, in that event you will bear the responsibility of all the consequences and entire consequential costs incurred thereupon.
I am fully prepared to proceed against you in a court of competent jurisdiction, pursuing legal and equitable remedies beyond the scope of this demand.

This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
