I spend a lot of time patrolling Special:Newpages helping to clean up a lot of the bogus articles that end up on Wikipedia. Unlike many of those articles, I really do believe that this one was created in good faith and that you're honestly trying to improve the encyclopedia. However, there are guidelines for biographical articles; you can find them at WP:BIO. While I'm sure Ms. Russell is a very nice young lady (and I suspect that you are related to or involved with her) she just unfortunately doesn't have that level of notability yet. Once she takes the business world by storm or becomes a world-famous author or singer or all three, she will, but until then I reluctantly have to support this article's deletion.
