[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Sido Kanhu Murmu University, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please see WP:INDICSCRIPT. Muhandes (talk) 16:03, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Muhandes: I appreciate your concern and apologies for any mistake I did. I am still learning by doing, and to be honest watching how you work. I will follow your advice and will make sure Manual of Style is followed properly. In my learning process mistakes are bound to happen and I'm looking forward to learn from your invaluable suggestions in upcoming articles.
P.S. I would like to thank you for replying on my message earlier, it helped me to fix the issue in the article Santal Pargana College. Econlambda (talk) 16:34, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
- No problem, we were all beginners once. By the way, I did not get the ping, you might want to check Help:Fixing failed pings.
- On the matter of Santal Pargana College it still don't see any "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject". I see it was listed, but that is not considered significant coverage. I noticed this article in Dainik Jagran, which can serve as a start. Surely a college this old was mentioned in the media or even in books. Please remember to remove the {{under construction}} sign when you are done. Happy editing. --Muhandes (talk) 11:31, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
Mechanical
[edit]Hi there, re: this edit, Mechanical is not a proper noun, so it should not be capitalised. In the future, it would be appreciated if you'd either format it as a piped link, i.e. [[Mechanical engineering|mechanical engineering]] or if you prefer simplicity, as [[mechanical engineering]], as the software ignores the capitalisation of the first letter in a link. Thanks. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:10, 20 February 2021 (UTC)
Apologies for the mistake, and I appreciate that the error in re: this article is corrected. Thank You.Econlambda (talk) 15:16, 26 February 2021 (UTC)
