Thank you for your edits to Mr Hartz' article, as you will have seen from the recent news coverage of Washington staffers editing their bosses articles, we encourage people not to work on articles which directly concern them - this is because of one of our key policies "neutral point of view" WP:NPOV . Also note that the article you left was an unformatted block of text [1], compared with the reasonably formatted article previously in place. If you think anything in the article is wrong, please bring it up on the article's talk page, with sources if possible. If you need help, then you can ask any user, or admin WP:ADMIN. I will help you if I can - leave a mesage on my talk page. You might like ot look at other areas in which you are a specialist, and can improve articles.

P.S. I have added the link to the HM website. Rich Farmbrough.

[edit]Please do not keep replacing the article with your own version. This is considered bad form as I explained above, and will eventually result in either the page being protected so that no one can edit it, or more likely, and sooner, temporary block being imposed on your account. You can imagine there are a lot of people who would like to see "their version" of an article, whether it be George W. Bush, or Abortion, but here we subscribe to a neutral point of view WP:NPOV. If however you think there are mistakes in the article, please explain what they are and why you think they are wrong. Rich Farmbrough 18:25 8 March 2006 (UTC).
- Someone has done this again. The IP address has been temporarily blocked. If this recurs we will probably impose longer or indefinate blocks, maybe on all the offending accounts. Rich Farmbrough 20:58 14 April 2006 (UTC).
