SVG file

[edit]

The very cool thing about SVG images is that they can be edited by anyone with a text editor. I saw your edit at Continental drift. I corrected the spelling in a few minutes and put the SVG version back in to the article.

If you go to an SVG file on commons and click on "edit", you see the option to edit the SVG itself. It's just a text file. I copied and pasted it into a text editor, searched for the misspelled word, corrected it, and copied and pasted it back into the edit window to save. After putting it back into the article, I had to purge the page to force it to load the new version of the file.

Good eye in the first place! Happy editing. — Gorthian (talk) 09:00, 26 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the editing tips, always learning! —

BSA Exploring

[edit]
hi. I saw your inquiry into whether Boy Scouts of America's Exploring program should have it's own section on the Boy Scouts of America page. t's a tough call. It does seem to present as an affiliate of Boy Scouts, but has is own website. Also, the exploring program appears to have been in place for at least the past two years. If giving the program its own section on the page hasn't been thought important enough to be made a all this time, it may not be at all. Tyrekecorrea (talk) 03:11, 13 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Notice

The article The Clariden School has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Relies on the school's website, which brings its neutrality into question. Furthermore, there is nothing that establishes notability (thereby failing WP:NSCHOOL and WP:GNG). Potentially promotional.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
