Please take care with geography
[edit]Hello, I've reverted a number of your edits about the geographic origins of various crops; please be more careful. Please note particularly that neither Egypt, where lettuce was first developed as a crop, nor the Fertile Crescent where crops such as Barley were domesticated, are in Europe. It is not helpful to claim that pears are a crop that originated in Europe when the category "pears" includes several species, most of which are known to have originated in Asia. In many cases it is not known with certainty where a particular crop originated, and it is more truthful to not use any category than to use one that is a misrepresentation.
