Edit filter - Only number changes without summary

[edit]

Hello! Some time ago we talked about making changes to the edit filters to allow for the creation of a specific edit filter that can catch edits which contain only number changes without providing a summary, helpful to catch vandalism cases with dates. Has there been any update in that direction? - Klein Muçi (talk) 12:30, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Klein Muçi: Hey there! I don't remember that specific discussion, but I think nothing has changed. --Daimona Eaytoy (Talk) 12:40, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I was referring to this discussion. Now that I reread it, I'm thinking maybe I should have asked @ProcrastinatingReader. - Klein Muçi (talk) 13:21, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Klein Muçi: Ahhhh now I remember! I merged that patch a few days ago, it should reach the wikis next week. --Daimona Eaytoy (Talk) 22:10, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Really glad to read that. In my homewiki we still suffer from vandalism cases than can be stopped with such a function if an edit filter could be set up against only-numbers edits. Thank you! :) - Klein Muçi (talk) 23:35, 3 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
