Re your edits at User talk:Northatlantic320, please remember that the user is allowed to blank the warning, and it is taken as meaning that he has read them, and you should not reinstate the warning that he has deleted, see WP:BLANKING. --David Biddulph (talk) 18:29, 23 September 2018 (UTC)

I only reinstated the warning once, so I don’t understand why you’re posting this on my talk page if I didn’t do anything wrong. CycloneYoris (talk) 18:41, 23 September 2018 (UTC)

David is saying that you shouldn't have reinstated it at all. There is almost never a good reason to revert any edit a user makes to their own talk page. – Joe (talk) 20:38, 23 September 2018 (UTC)

But this user is not heeding the warnings that he is being given, so why shouldn't I insist on warning him about his disruptive behavior? He was reverting some corrections I was making to the 2018 Atlantic hurricane season article without explaining why, and he was also deleting what other users were editing as well. We weren't objecting to your initial warning, but to your reinstatement of the warning after he'd read and deleted it. He has made no further edits to that or any other article in question since your initial warning to him. --David Biddulph (talk) 21:27, 23 September 2018 (UTC)
