The references are still a problem, but the main thing is that you have written an advertisement for the company. Wikipedia is not a venue for company adverts. This company would need to meet wp:corp which begins: "When evaluating the notability of organizations or products, please consider whether they have had any significant or demonstrable effects on culture, society, entertainment, athletics, economies, history, literature, science, or education." Just being a company is not enough.
