“I’m Charlie Walker”
Hi Bovine....Hope all is well. I’m involved with the film, “I’m Charlie Walker”. Is it possible for you not to redirect the wiki page for the film to Mike Colter? I’d love to have the page stand on its own with the information and not redirect to Mike Colter. There are other actors, actresses in film and some legal mumbo jumbo I need to follow. Thanks so much. If there’s anything I need to do I will if you can just let me know. You are great at your edits and are much better at it than me. We’ll also send you a copy of the film when it’s released! 5patrickgilles5 (talk) 02:18, 6 February 2020 (UTC)
Hi Bovineboy2008. When you move pages like "Threads (1984 film)" for diambiguation purposes, please check to make sure that there aren't any non-free files being used in the article. All non-free files are required to have separate specific non-free use rationales for each use; so, when you change the name of an article, the rationale also needs to be correspondingly changed to avoid problems like this. I caught this and re-added the file to the infobox, but non-free files which aren't being used in any articles can be speedily deleted per WP:F5 after five days. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:55, 7 February 2020 (UTC)

Hi Bovine......Truly hoping you can help us today. We are up against some deadlines to fix this. I guess I can try and do it but you’re So well respected I wanted to let you know what we wanted and see if you can execute. Or if you let me know how to do it I will have our digital media team adjust. I just want the “I’m Charlie Walker” page to stand on its own and not to redirect to Mike Colters page. Any and all help is appreciated. Thanks 5patrickgilles5 (talk) 15:37, 7 February 2020 (UTC)

Please don't upload posters too small; they must be at least 220px per this discussion. Also avoid using watermark pictures; if you can't remove it, add {{imagewatermark}} so others (particularly me) will try to remove it. --Kailash29792 (talk) 03:38, 29 February 2020 (UTC)

Coronavirus film delay categorization
Using Category:Unreleased films for any film that has had its release date altered is not correct. Per that category's info: Completed films that were shelved and to date have not been officially released
(bolding mine). None of these films have been shelved. Per Category:Upcoming films Category for films that are not released yet, but are planned to be filmed or released in the near future
(again bolding mine). All of these films are still planned to be released in the future. If any of these sources came out and said something like "Disney removes Black Widow from May 2020 date; will not release the film at all", then the film is unreleased. But at this time, they are all still upcoming. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 20:43, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
- Also if you feel this warrant's more opinions, I'm happy to start this over at WT:FILM instead. - Favre1fan93 (talk) 20:44, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
- To say that these are planned to be released in the near future is taking the sources beyond what they say. All sources I've read either say that they have postponed the release of a film with a date set in the future or none at all. If there is no date set, I think it is beyond us to say that they will have a release. We need to source everything from reliable sources, and not just ones that say that they "hope" to release the film soon, or similar. Perhaps "Unreleased films" is the wrong category, or perhaps it is not defined well in the category description. I think we are dealing with films somewhere inbetween. I would be happy to take this to a wider discussion. BOVINEBOY2008 20:47, 19 March 2020 (UTC)

Run with the Hunted (2019 film) Cast Gallery
I can see you are dedicated to Wikipedia and do great work, but why, why remove the cast gallery on my article Run with the Hunted (2019 film)? I want a good reason, not just conforming to current Wikipedia regulations and guidelines, because they can be changed if they are outdated. I need you to run with this and help change all films and TV to have a cast gallery. Why not? Is the question I need an answer to. James Kevin McMahon (talk) 00:35, 22 March 2020 (UTC)

Reverted good faith edit 04/20/20
Hello! I was just curious as to why my change regarding Pinky and the Brain on the H.M.S. Pinafore page was reverted. Not that I'm arguing for its reinstatement necessarily, but I thought I followed correct formatting/referencing. Is it just superfluous information? Thank you!
- Yeah, you would probably need to find a source that talks about the inclusion. This is a trivial mention unless other (reliable/significant) sources talk about it. If you can find an article talking about it, then I would encourage you to readd it with that source. BOVINEBOY2008 18:28, 20 April 2020 (UTC)
- We should add that YouTube is rarely an acceptable source. If a major media source or book talks about how/why the reference is noteworthy, then it is more likely to be of encyclopedic importance. -- Ssilvers (talk) 06:27, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

Music parameter
Hey there, re: this, the last time I asked at WikiProject Film, some people seemed to think it might be OK to include song composers, depending on the shape of the film, but I feel like they were thinking more about western musicals like The King and I where score is probably not as important as the songs that tell the narrative. In Indian films it's weirdly different because the songs seem to be entertaining interruptions to the narrative, although in some cases could be related to the narrative? Anyway, when I see song composers in the Indian film infoboxes, I usually just reorder them to put score composers first, as that is the chief purpose of the field. Anyway, this isn't a correction or admonishment, I'm just sharing my experiences and thoughts. Regards and happy editing, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 01:47, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

- Hi, thank you for the description about the release date of Punyakoti. Actually the film was censored only on March 18, 2020. In this case, its a 2020 film and the film was premiered on Vimeo and later added to Netflix list.
November 23, 2019 is the date, when it was shown as a part of Industry Screenings, that provides an opportunity to showcase the film before its release/festival participation to an international audience.[1] So it's not the actual release date. Rendezvous (2019 film) - "remove non-notable film awards and film festivals"
Hello Bovineboy2008! I appreciate your edits to the Rendezvous (2019 film) article, but I'm confused as to what Wikipedia's standard is regarding any mention of a "non-notable film award or film festival in an article." Are you implying that any festival or award (of any field, not just film) that does not have a Wikipedia article written about it is not allowed to be mentioned and cited from the awarding authority? Secondly, are you suggesting that any film festival or award that does not have a Wikipedia article written about is by definition not notable? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Major Major 26 (talk • contribs) 17:33, 18 May 2020 (UTC)
- Not necessarily, but if a film festival or award does have an article, it is most likely notable. Any others should be supported by secondary resources (i.e. not coming from the festival or award body itself). Additionally, we try to follow MOS:FILM on what to include and not include in articles. You can read what the current consensus is on Accolades at WP:FILMCRITICLIST. That consensus does read Awards included in lists should have a Wikipedia article to demonstrate notability." BOVINEBOY2008 17:40, 18 May 2020 (UTC)

The MOS:FILM link was helpful but I couldn't locate the WP:FILMCRITIC discussion (would love to access it). Given the standards outlined on MOS:FILM, a good percentage of the 26 festivals you deleted from Rendezvous (2019 film) would still meet general guidelines, aside from the fact they don't currently have an article published. So, by arbitrarily deleting all of the festival references, are you suggesting those which are justifiably notable should have had an article produced before being mentioned? There are loads of articles which reference loads of festivals which may or may not be notable, but have not been justified as notable in the form of an article. Here's an Oscar winning film with a table including 23 non-notable (non-article) festivals--none cited. There are numerous articles like this, here's [good example]. Should the existence of all 'non-article' fests and awards be automatically/arbitrarily removed from the hundreds (or thousands) of wikipedia articles or is there a process to scrutinize them independently? Major Major 26 (talk) 14:11, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
- Just because other articles have these festivals does not mean they should. I am implying that there should be some secondary coverage of the festival/award to be included. BOVINEBOY2008 14:15, 20 May 2020 (UTC)

Question
Question for you... not an active user on wiki so please forgive my ignorance. I work at Solstice Studios and have tried to update our wiki page for our upcoming film Unhinged. I updated the synopsis and fixed some incorrect relationships in the Cast. I see that you have reverted these back to the former versions. Perhaps the rules of Wikipedia are that the synopsis cannot be a “marketing” synopsis but I did reference the official website for clarity. If that must remain as us now that’s fine. But the cast info is simply not correct. Jimmi Simpson plays Rachel’s friend and lawyer, not her ex husband and father to her son. Is it possible to make that edit?
Appreciate the help. StudioNews2016 (talk) 06:34, 22 May 2020 (UTC)

- I've removed the links to DHU, as the film is unlikely to meet WP:NF's four-year rule. I bought the DVD and thought it interesting and well made, imaginative use of locations, a couple of professional actors. Clearly independent and low budget and never got serious distribution and missed the self-feeding that makes for notability. I accept all that but wonder whether replacing legitimate content with a redirect to one of the participants is a legitimate alternative to the AfD process. Doug butler (talk) 12:15, 26 May 2020 (UTC)
- It can often be the result of an AfD. I err towards redirecting versus PRODing or otherwise if possible, so the content is still available in the history of the article. That way, if someone can make a claim for notability, it is much easier to restore. BOVINEBOY2008 12:18, 26 May 2020 (UTC)

I will comment out the unused references that caused the syntax errors for now. BOVINEBOY2008 16:16, 16 June 2020 (UTC)
- So it appears that there have been multiple Templates to hardcode such a table, and each time it has been deleted, as the table would impossibly represent a consensus and would inevitably be subject to unintentional bias. Here is an example of such discussion. BOVINEBOY2008 16:23, 16 June 2020 (UTC)

Question
Why did you revert this addition to the cast as unsourced, while the other cast members are just as unsourced? Debresser (talk) 20:50, 16 June 2020 (UTC)
- All of the other cast members are sourced in the Casting section. BOVINEBOY2008 21:19, 16 June 2020 (UTC)
- And you couldn't find a source for Branka Katić? Debresser (talk) 20:25, 17 June 2020 (UTC)

on google and come up with nothing confirming this information. BOVINEBOY2008 20:34, 17 June 2020 (UTC)"The King's Man" Branka Katić as Alexandra Feodorovna -wikipedia

- I don't think any of these are wrong to confirm that Katic is in the film (although it is curious that they are almost exactly the same articles on different sites, might be coming from a press release). None of them confirm her character though. BOVINEBOY2008 23:44, 18 June 2020 (UTC)

Island (2011 film)
Bovineboy2008, in the article Island (2011 film), why did you remove the valid citation here, that showed the production location, to then tag it with the {{Citation needed}} template? Also, when removing portions of another editor's work, could you include in your summary why you are doing it? So that I can be mindful of the concern in future articles, can you please show me where in Wikipedia policy or guidelines do you see that audience ratings are not permitted? Thank you. -- WILDSTARtalk 18:19, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
- Sure,
- I removed the IMDb citations, as per WP:CITEIMDB, the only appropriate uses for IMDb citations are for writing credits marked WGA and for MPAA ratings.
- I intended to include this in my summary, I should have broken the edit up into different edits for clarity.
- Per MOS:FILM#Audience response, it states clearly "do not quote comments from members of the general public" and "Do not include user ratings submitted to websites such as the Internet Movie Database". BOVINEBOY2008 19:02, 17 June 2020 (UTC)

Black theatre artists are not honored nearly as much as white theatre artists, so an entire awards ceremony was created to give them recognition. It was online and nominated by users because it may have been hard for people to see shows due to the shutdown-- therefore the user voting was out of necessity not out of choice. I was told that I needed to make a page to create notability since I just wanted the awards to be on the theatre artist's and theatre work's pages. Countless other theatre artists and theatre works have user voted awards such as the Braodway.com Choice Awards, The Kids Choice Awards, and the Teen Choice Awards(even major ones such as Hamilton have these on their pages). I have spent hours creating this page and changing pages just to give the tiniest ounce of recognition to these often ignored theatre artists by white voting committees on major awards such as the Tony Awards- please stop deleting these edits. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Maggied875 (talk • contribs) 21:25, 20 June 2020 (UTC)
- Please see my post at Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Musical_Theatre#Antonyo_awards. I would encourage you to comment there as this is not just my opinion. And all user voted awards should not be on these articles per the guidelines set out by the project. I encourage you to remove them when appropriate. BOVINEBOY2008 21:29, 20 June 2020 (UTC)

Operation Mincmeat/The man who never was
How is it not relevant? It is a previous film, and book, made about the same operation. Arnkellow (talk) 20:05, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
- PS, it was a see also similar to this. TIA Arnkellow (talk) 20:08, 27 June 2020 (UTC)
- It is not typical to list in the see also section of film articles other films with the same source material, unless they have another connection. Imagine every media article about Dracula listing every other article that is also about Dracula. A better place to note this would be on the source material's article. I don't have strong opinions about it, so add it if you feel it is helpful to the reader. BOVINEBOY2008 20:37, 27 June 2020 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: The Bad Guys (upcoming film)
Hello Bovineboy2008. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of The Bad Guys (upcoming film), a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: There's already a The Bad Guys article, and The Bad Guys (film) article, so this seems like a reasonable redirect until we know the release year. Thank you. GedUK 10:56, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
- Okay! I've seen these redirects deleted before, but perhaps waiting until it is no longer "upcoming" would be best. Thanks! BOVINEBOY2008 10:57, 2 July 2020 (UTC)

IP editor breaking links in Indian film lists
I see you reverted an editor in the 2A02:C7D:2235:800 range who had bulk-removed the piped parts of links in List of Bollywood films of 2010. Your AfD Discussion
Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo! is set to be released. Therefore, it should not be deleted yet. Thank you for helping out, but I don't think you fully understand how awful an article needs to be in order for it to be nominated for AfD. It should instead be expanded. Please re-study the deletion policy. JTZegers (talk) 18:54, 10 July 2020 (UTC)
- Hi, thanks for messaging me! I am very aware that the film is set to be released, however, that is not the standard we use to write stand-alone articles for film. WP:GNG says "If a topic has received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject, it is presumed to be suitable for a stand-alone article or list." If you read the guideline carefully, it mentions significant coverage, which is the part that I do not feel the topic meets yet, if you read my nomination again. Articles do not need to be awful to be sent to AfD, there are many reasons it should be taken there. And if you go back and read my nomination, I am not suggesting deletion, I proposed a merge. There are many different results it can be reached. Let me know if you have any more confusion about how AfD works, and I will do my best to answer! BOVINEBOY2008 20:05, 10 July 2020 (UTC)

IP vandals
The edits of 111.92.50.194 seem unusual to me. I have noticed that similar IPs have added the full name of all cast members for the films Master and Kaithi. Do you think that these edits are by the same person?TamilMirchi (talk) 05:10, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
- They are most likely the same editor. I would imagine that the editor has a roaming IP so it we could try reaching out to them but they may never read the message. Since it is not too persistent, I think the best course is to continue to revert when appropriate and to continue to leave messages for them. BOVINEBOY2008 10:28, 6 August 2020 (UTC)
Timelapse of the Future
Hey there, thanks for your edits on Timelapse of the Future, that's very much appreciated. Although I would love to ask you something. On one of your edit, you removed the statement about views and the like-dislike comparison in the Reception section. May I ask why? Thanks in advance. GeraldWL 11:21, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
- Sure! Stating the number of likes or dislikes a video has is not a notable statistic unless discussed by a reliable source, and I believe calculating the like percentage would go against a routine calculation indicated by WP:CALC. If the number of likes the video has is notable, there should be a reliable secondary source at least mentioning it. BOVINEBOY2008 11:26, 7 August 2020 (UTC)
Gary Goetzman
Got a message from you regarding 'Goetzman'. You said you removed the content I added. I have made over 25 contributions without having one removed or its credibility impugned. When the FACT is readily available information, in part already on his Wikipedia profile under filmography, additional citing would have been akin to sticking your head below water and having someone ready to tell you you're wet when your head emerges. Had I thought reading the credits on his Wikipedia filmography and matching them exactly to the films he appeared in in 1967 & 1968 was in anyway vague or contestable I would have thought twice about publishing them.
The dates of the films are accurate and I have cross referenced filmographies against the copies of those films which I own.
Why would you remove an item which is so simple to verify? Watch the movies or just read the credits and match it to Wikipedia. Did I insult you in some way? I did not infer that the man liked to dress like a clown and perform at kiddie parties- which would be logically contestable. I posted nothing inappropriate, nothing disrespectful, I merely made a connection and reported it- 52 YEAR OLD ACCURATE INFORMATION!
If you needed to add a tag to what I wrote.... why remove what I added? Just add the tag! Not that it's needed because I gave the specific film titles and years released.... !!
Good grief! Next time you write to me, be specific in the manner, content and necessary changes to placate you that are missing from my addition to a man's bio. And for crying out loud don't remove it!!! It's a verifiable, accurate, researchable by a 3 year old, non vindictive, non defamatory, not privacy invasive, non salacious, and an interesting factoid to film enthusiasts unintended to bring unwanted attention to an individual who's profession has placed him in the public eye for more than 5 decades!
Please add whatever tag you want to it, but put it back the way it was!!! The3rdchild (talk) 23:36, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
- Please see WP:TRIVIA. Your content should not be put in a trivia section, that is a wide consensus on Wikipedia. Also, it is generally unremarkable that actors appear in multiple films together. If it is notable enough information, you should be able find a reliable source stating that 1) the information is accurate and 2) the information is significant to the actor's career. You are responsible for citing your sources, it is not my job to find them for you. If you need help citing your sources, there is a great guide at WP:CITE. Let me know if you have any other questions, and I am happy to answer them! BOVINEBOY2008 23:42, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
"One of the key policies of Wikipedia is that all article content has to be verifiable. This means that reliable sources must be able to support the material. All quotations, any material whose verifiability has been challenged or is likely to be challenged, and contentious material (whether negative, positive, or neutral) about living persons must include an inline citation to a source that directly supports the material. This also means that Wikipedia is not the place for original work, archival findings that have not been published, or evidence from any source that has not been published."
The information posted used facts already in the article..... so it's not contentious. The years of his being in the cited films is in his FILMOGRAPHY. Therefore the only added information is his connection with the other actors in the films! Again indisputable because for 52 years this has been readily available information.
Adding the titles and years of the films after ive already done it is redundant since you're already on a page which verifies my posting!! Whoever created Gary Goetzmans Wikipedia page has already verified the information!! Goetzman was in both films..... those credits were 'published' when added to the end of the film and the films released to the public and later when Goetzmans filmography was 'published' on Wikipedia. I connected dots and did not publish anything new. The3rdchild (talk) 23:53, 11 August 2020 (UTC)
- Great, so you are talking about something called WP:UNDUE. You have already pointed out that this information is already in his article. Making a whole new section bringing out this particular information is pointing out that it is somehow important or significant. What I am telling you is that you need to find a source saying why this is important. Even still, you should not be making a section that is just for trivia. Why is it important that he appeared with another actor? Just because it is a connection does not mean it has to be pointed out. Again, if you have questions, I'm happy to help, but I'm not interested in arguing. If you disagree with what I think, you can certain go to the articles talk page and propose there that it should be re-added. BOVINEBOY2008 00:00, 12 August 2020 (UTC)
August 2020
Perhaps you can please explain to me what I am doing that needs correcting. Hitcher vs. Candyman (talk) 17:14, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
- You are adding poorly sourced content to articles? I though I said that multiple times. You cannot use IMDb for any content without corroborating sources, which you have to source. That would include things like release dates, cast and crew, production companies and distributors. For example, in the article Infidel (film), you included that the film had a limited release in 2019, which I truly could not find any sources confirming this. Also, you cast list is entirely unsourced. The only actors mentioned in the article you cited are Caviezel, Karvan and Ozsan. I found a source indicating that Savante is also in the cast, but can't find anything about Daneshmand or the role. Please be more careful creating articles to add from reliable sources, IMDb is not. BOVINEBOY2008 17:24, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
- Very well. I will be more careful when it comes to creating a film article in Wikipedia. Please note that in my defense, I never create a film article using IMDb as its only source. Hitcher vs. Candyman (talk) 17:32, 16 August 2020 (UTC)
- And if I forget to add a source for the release date, feel free to add it yourself. Everyone is welcome to contribute. It's not like I'm vandalizing or posting something controversial. Hitcher vs. Candyman (talk) 17:33, 16 August 2020 (UTC)

Hi Bovineboy2008! I have placed the rationale for my changes on the talk page for this article. The changes were previously reverted erroneously as the style of the page is British English, not American English. I have gone further than my original edit and corrected some other minor errors within the article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.21.120.242 (talk) 15:39, 24 August 2020 (UTC)

Long plot tag, MOS, word count
Hi, I've noticed that you're one of the editors who adds a link to the MOS and a word count when you add the long plot template to film articles (like this). Are you doing this manually or are using tools of some kind? User:Masem proposed incorporating this information directly into the template back in February, which I fully support and would like to see happen. I was wondering what you thought about this. Viriditas (talk) 18:20, 2 September 2020 (UTC)
- @Viriditas:. I did it manually for article that I found had excessively long articles. I don't know if a bot is the right way to go about tagging, the 400-700 word count range is a suggested range. There are some articles where the consensus is that a longer plot description is necessary to be accurate to the film. But a bot tag could be a good starting point. Speedy deletion nomination of Build the Wall (film)
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Build the Wall (film) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://nobudge.com/main/build-the-wall. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. (t · c) buidhe 05:01, 8 September 2020 (UTC)
- Buidhe You really need to look at the edit history of an article and absorb what happened before putting a speedy tag on it. In this case Bovineboy created a legitimate redirect on August 28 for a recently released film by Joe Swanberg. Then a newbie came in and removed the redirect and wrote a barely comprehensible plot section. The fact that the film exists and is streaming online means that it is entirely possible that readers will come to WikiP looking for info about the film. Further as time passes and more secondary sources comment on the film it an article could be created in short order. I have restored the redirect which was the proper way to handle this situation. You might also take into account WP:DTTR. While notifying an editor about a speedy is the proper thing to do using the template that includes the "if you are creating your first article" instructions is highly annoying for someone who has been editing for years. Now I am not trying to offend you I am just trying to give you some food for thought in your future work. MarnetteD|Talk 05:22, 8 September 2020 (UTC)

Please read WP:DRAFTIFY
You have draftified an article I created but did not notify me. This is far from best practices and represents a sneaky form of deletion. Please be more careful in the future. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 04:45, 8 October 2020 (UTC)

Why you removed the link of youtube which describe about the film. It is a discussion about the film from a film festival. --Ranjithsiji (talk) 14:47, 11 October 2020 (UTC)

Hi, dearest Bovineboy2008, how are you?
Me and my family are going well, nobody knew mr Corona; here in Lombardy (Caselle Landi) we cannot move from our municipality, but it's better to stay home.
I just opened this new page about a wonderful and forgotten theatre play. Please, can you put the poster?
Please....
Thanks a lot and hope to hear from you soon.

Hello BOVINEBOY, What is the problem on adding 2020s Telugu-language films category. The film will be released on or beore 2030! It won't release in 2030s. Hi, dearest Bovineboy2008, how are you?
Did something happen to you? You didn't give me answer about the poster of this play.
If you can't put on English Wikipedia, no problem. Please....
Thanks a lot and hope to hear from you soon.

- Hi @Rei Momo:, I'm doing well. I do not know of a database that keeps images of posters for plays, like what I use for films. If you know where to find the image, I can probably help you then. BOVINEBOY2008 10:04, 30 November 2020 (UTC)
- Good morning, dearest Bovineboy2008, thanks for your reply!!!
- You can find some posters of the play here, general: [6] or the poster of the Sistina Theatre, here: [7]
- Thanks a lot if you can.... it's a wonderful play!!!

Alice
Hello Bovineboy2008. I am just letting you know that I am contesting the speedy deletion of Alice (Film 2020 film), a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following: The film is based on Alice Parker, a notable figure in the choral world, not just in America, but around the world. The film was produced in part by PBS Boston, and although no date has yet been established for release, due to recent changes in programming, the film will be released by WGBH. I will be curating and nourishing this entry with the latest news and releases. Thank you so much for your patience. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2603:3021:88D:0:69BE:A2E7:E298:C3E5 (talk) 18:51, 7 December 2020 (UTC)

Well, it seems like you missed the point. So I'm just here to say that it is literally impossible to upload a .png file over a .jpg file. nyxærös 15:28, 12 December 2020 (UTC)

How to Be At Home
Thanks for the catch. It actually doesn't have an IMDb page at all yet — usually when I'm starting a new article about a film I cut and paste a previous film article that I did in order to simplify the formatting (i.e. so that I'm pulling the overarching formatting from one place instead of five or six), and then make the necessary changes to the text before I save, and in this case the prior article that I cut and pasted was the one for Êmîcêtôcêt: Many Bloodlines. I meant to remove the IMDb link entirely since it doesn't have one yet, and replace it with its NFB catalogue entry at [8], but clearly forgot to do that. So thanks for the catch, I probably wouldn't have noticed at all because it wouldn't have occurred to me to check the IMDb link again weeks later. Bearcat (talk) 15:02, 13 December 2020 (UTC)
Unnecessary Revert
You basically reverted Russell Peters being in the cast of the 2021 Clifford the Big Red Dog for no reason. He is in the movie thus will be listed as part of the cast. Mr. C.C.Hey yo!I didn't do it! 22:42, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
- @Fishhead2100: I don't see his name in any of the citations currently in the article. Can you please point me to where you have seen his name attached with the movie? BOVINEBOY2008 22:46, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
- Such as here and here? Mr. C.C.Hey yo!I didn't do it! 23:32, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
- Those are perfect. Please include them as a citation when you add the name. As this is an unreleased film, we cannot just list cast members without citation, per WP:V. BOVINEBOY2008 23:33, 19 December 2020 (UTC)
- I wasn't asking for clarification. It was sarcastic as in I found a couple. Other articles don't have him listed. So I don't know how big of a role his character will have. Mr. C.C.Hey yo!I didn't do it! 23:37, 19 December 2020 (UTC)

IMBd
I don't mean to be rude, I was just watching the new edits page and saw that you deleted an IMBd source because it is unreliable. Genuinely wondering, why is IMBd unreliable? Sorry if this isn't where ppl are meant to ask things, but I am genuinely curious. Many thanks EcheveriaJ (talk) 23:22, 26 December 2020 (UTC)
- It basically boils down to IMDb being largely user-generated. You can read more at WP:IMDBREF. BOVINEBOY2008 23:54, 26 December 2020 (UTC)

The Addams Family Musical
Hi. Please note that the Brazilian production was the first international production outside USA. After that, the brazilian version of the show has became the official one for the future productions in another countries. So, the brazilian cast is considered as a major one. Do you need a reference right? ClydePeterson (talk) 05:31, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- I mean, yes, a reference is always needed for something that is not obvious. But the cast table is only for major markets, ie Broadway and West End. You could certainly put main cast members in the production history section though! BOVINEBOY2008 12:09, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
