User talk:Benbella/ Surface Water Quality Modeling
Move
[edit]First off, I am not an admin, just a peer wikipedian passing through, so consider the source. I like what I see being added, but this is clearly not an encyclopedic article addressing the subject of Surface Water Quality Modeling. As such, it needs to be dealt with in a different way. I am not certain what the best way is, but I would urge the author(s) to move this article to a special user page immediately. Use the move button at the top of the article page. I suggest moving to either User:141.156.28.130/Surface_Water_Quality_Modeling or User:Benbella/Surface_Water_Quality_Modeling. From there the article can be completed and then moved to an appropriate location. I believe that would be Wikisource but not positive. If you would like me to help you research this, leave a note for me on my talk page ☎. -- Paleorthid 21:47, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
- I did a bit of research. Better advice on moving the article is available. See transwiki. -- Paleorthid 22:25, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
- Similar to transwiki advice (and more concise) is the info at WP:DP: when an article is a source text (but not a copyvio) we can move text to Wikisource and replace it with a stub and a soft redirect. Does this make sense to you also? -- Paleorthid 22:25, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
