Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Andover Public Schools (Massachusetts), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Annual. WAKR GA Review
Hey! I apologize for being AFK for awhile but thank you for the review re: WAKR. I have made quite a few revisions to help with the overall focus, the bulk of it being concurrent revisions with WVPX-TV (which is TV23). I also rearranged the sections so they should flow a lot more better, combining "Freed, Muni and Greer" into "The 'WAKR Talent School'", that especially needed to be one section. Also took a good look at the lead and redid it entirely, drawing some inspiration from WINC (AM), which itself is a FA. Leads haven't been a strong suit, and that's where WINC (AM) helped.
I'm hoping this will help! :) Nathan Obral (talk) 07:22, 25 December 2020 (UTC)

Mike Flowers Pops
Hello. I received this message from you today: "Hello, I'm Babegriev. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, The Mike Flowers Pops, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so."
I don't edit Wikipedia at all these days, and I don't know what has happened here. I find Wikipedia a little confusing. The message must be intended for someone else? Does this mean I am using a shared address or something? Please fell free to delete this. I didn't know how else to reply to you. Regards, Rhys Hughes92.40.182.8 (talk) 19:29, 3 February 2021 (UTC)
- @92.40.182.8: Thank you for your past contributions, and please pardon any confusion. No worries about reaching out on my talk page, this was a great place to get my attention. Please refer to revision 1004490427 which was made by your IP. This does not mean that you personally made the edit, however, the edit came from your IP address. This could be another user on your network, or could mean that you are using an otherwise shared network. I would suggest registering an account with the button below to avoid any confusion in the future. Thanks again!
Rollback granted
Hi Babegriev. After reviewing your request for "rollbacker", I have enabled rollback on your account. Keep in mind these things when going to use rollback:
- Getting rollback is no more momentous than installing Twinkle.
- Rollback should be used to revert clear cases of vandalism only, and not good faith edits.
- Rollback should never be used to edit war.
- If abused, rollback rights can be revoked.
- Use common sense.
If you no longer want rollback, contact me and I'll remove it. Also, for some more information on how to use rollback, see Wikipedia:Administrators' guide/Rollback (even though you're not an admin). I'm sure you'll do great with rollback, but feel free to leave me a message on my talk page if you run into troubles or have any questions about appropriate/inappropriate use of rollback. Thank you for helping to reduce vandalism. Happy editing! Mz7 (talk) 05:53, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
- Mz7 (talk · contribs) Very much obliged and appreciated! Thank you Babegriev (talk) 21:36, 7 February 2021 (UTC)
- Well, @Mz7: Unfortunately, four days later and a (pretty egregious) misuse of rollback here. Not only did Babegriev's rollback restore a section of unsourced/poorly sourced material, but they then compounded this by leaving an unfounded template warning on a user's talk page, which wrongly stated that the IP had
removed content without adequately explaining why
. In fact, an edit summary—the pretty comprehensiveremove youth leagues, boy scouts, other unsourced...WP:NOTDIRECTORY
—was used. H'mm; there's also this, again, not obvious vandalism per WP:ROLLBACKUSE. ——Serial 14:18, 11 February 2021 (UTC)- @Serial Number 54129: I agree that in the first example Babegriev misidentified an edit as an "unexplained content removal". The second example, however, seems fine to me—it's adding "Comrade" to a list of "gender-neutral titles", and Babegriev left an edit summary that explains that the revert was for adding unsourced content. I did a spot-check of Babegriev's other edits, and they mostly seem fine so far, so hopefully I don't need to pull rollback. Babegriev, please be more careful about reverting edits as "unexplained content removal". Please be sure to always check the edit summary. Don't just assume that just because a user is removing content, they are doing so in bad faith. I also found this revert where you incorrectly described an edit as an "unexplained content removal". Even if a user doesn't leave an edit summary, personally I don't revert even content removals if the content being removed is unsourced. Mz7 (talk) 18:51, 11 February 2021 (UTC)
- @Serial Number 54129: @Mz7: Thank you for bringing this up, and for the guidance regarding content removal. To provide some context, this edit stood out for removing all but one location and having come from an IP user. I had only noticed the description as I was executing the revert through Huggle, and was unable to abort in time. I had gone to correct this error in browser, however, the changes had been reimplemented by the editor. Not using this as an excuse for the edit — I was clearly in the wrong — however it would be wrong of me to omit this from this line of discussion. In the future, I will be sure to take more time and review all aspects of an edit before jumping to conclusions. I always assume good faith, however, there are certain elements which stand out as suspicious. I will work towards better identifying these elements. With respect to comrade edit, I reached out to the editor directly, and began a discussion on the talk page given that it was somewhat ambiguous, however, it was in my best judgement that the edit was not constructive given the lack of sources, and I stand by my judgement here. In response to this edit, it appeared that the content removed was appropriately sourced, and a discussion for removal would be more appropriately done on the talk page first. I digress that a more accurate summary of the reversion would have been beneficial in that instance. If I am being oblivious or overlooking the obvious here, please let me know. Thank you again, and please let me know of any other concerns regarding this matter. Babegriev (talk) 20:20, 11 February 2021 (UTC)

Edit to Gender-neutral title
Hi! You undid my edit to the above-mentioned article because it provided no citation. I added a cite to the wikipedia entry on the word I linked. I hope that's sufficient. FWIW, while I think this improves the entry slightly, I do feel your time might be better spent on larger issues. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.234.42.218 (talk) 01:31, 9 February 2021 (UTC)
- 71.234.42.218 (talk · contribs) Thank you for reaching out and for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you did link to another article, however, you have not provided a source which meet the requirements of Wikipedia's verifiability policies (WP:V). For now, I'm going to revert your edit again, and I will start a thread on the article's talk page. Once a consensus is reached there, the article can be adjusted accordingly. I would encourage you to contribute to that discussion which will be up in a few minutes from the timestamp below.

Norton, MA Notable People
Hello,
I recently made updates to the Norton, MA Wiki page and was wondering why the notable person with citation that I had added was removed?
Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by GeofZini (talk • contribs) 02:24, 10 February 2021 (UTC)
- @GeofZini: Thank you for reaching out, and for your contributions. I will address both of your edits briefly, but will focus more closely on the one you had mentioned. When looking through the citation which you provided for the addition of Natalie Connors as a notable individual, the source does not seem to mention her anywhere. If I am mistaken on this, please do point on where I am missing this information. More importantly, I would suggest that you take a look through WP:BIO and WP:ENT regarding Wikipedia's notability guidelines for people. It does not appear that Natalie Connors would meet those criteria, and therefore would not be included in a list of notable individuals from Norton. Lastly, when providing a source, please ensure that the source(s) can prove not just that she was notable, but also that she was from Norton, MA, as these are requirements for verifiability. Regarding your 2nd edit which added "unfortunately", this does not conform with our manual of style, specifically MOS:EDITORIAL. If any of this is confusing, if you have questions, or if you would like some help with anything, feel free to drop a message below. Thanks again, and welcome to Wikipedia! promo concern
Hello Babegriev, I believe your concern is mistaken. I undid your undo on Snohomish, Washington because the item is sourced. I can remove the website link for the source if this is the concern on promotion? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:601:9A7F:1D50:D48B:9782:43B5:4513 (talk) 00:46, 2 March 2021 (UTC)
- @2601:601:9A7F:1D50:D48B:9782:43B5:4513: Thank you for reaching out! I was not concerned about the content being unsourced, but rather guideline 5 of WP:PROMO, given that the Snohomish County Tribune does not appear to meet notability guidelines, and resultantly, does not warrant addition to the page. The question is not a matter of legitimacy or accuracy, but whether it adheres to Wikipedia's content guidelines. I'm not going to touch the article any further, however, I would consider reading over WP:NOT regarding content that should and should not be added to an article.

- @2601:601:9A7F:1D50:7D18:6738:A43B:26B9: For notability on the Mill Creek page, notability is established through sources external to the newspaper itself. Cited are the city's website proper, and an article from a news source independent from the subject newspaper. A news source (generally) cannot make itself notable. Mill Creek has provided secondary sources beyond just a link to the subject newspaper, and has established notability through independent media coverage. See WP:NME for more. With respect to library placement, I am not 100% certain, however, I personally would place it under education (given the choices) as media does not seem quite right. Realistically, I would put it under a general section for public services. WP:LAYOUT allows for these variations between articles, and so long as it is logically placed, there will be few objections. Francois Roche Page
To add the portrait of Francois Roche in Transgender and the lecture he did at this occasion ?? in Bangkok... talking about sexism, lgbt... himself as the avatar he created 25 years ago....https://vimeo.com/499645550 /// in the web site of the Biennale https://www.bkkartbiennale.com/media/profane-paradigms .....YES it s so unconstructive and so irreverent according to your own knowledge of what should be contemporary art... (Personal attack removed)
- A more than 15 years ago wiki page requested for Deletion. Meaning some people woke up on the situation. After checking the argue, it seems a Portrait was modified from Francois Roche LGBT avatar to francois Roche LGBT lecture at Bangkok Art Biennale (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K15mXrtybAw&t=322s) which has been immediately removed by Babegriev for reasons which are not clear. Do we face a kind of Homophobia, or LGBT Phobia as somebody complained. Perhaps not. So after a kind of words with Babegriev which could be understood as a reaction against this gender discrimination, the reaction of Babegriev was to request a deletion. With all respect with wikipedia contributors, it seems we are facing an undergraduate immature reaction. Are the People doing legal studies able to censure or react strangely with gender claiming in artistic posture? Yes, obviously, everybody is free in Massachussets of his/her own moral commitments. Nevertheless is this kind of ambiguous reaction (i don t say discrimination) a plausible and respectable attitude for a wikipedia contributor. This is a question to ask at the top decision-making levels. This case is, in fact, more the case of Babegriev's possible overridding than Francois Roche himself. But as a young contributor, we can give him this right to make personnal mistakes. To repeat it would be, on the other hand, a reason for exclusion.
- Provided this was copied from an AFD regarding the Francois Roche Page, please refer to my comments there for follow up.

Query
I have just noticed at this page that you have accused me of not adhering to style, here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:86.0.204.19
I corrected the name Hoebridge Preparatory School to Hoe Bridge Preparatory School. There is nothing stylistic about it. It is quite literally the name of the school as can be seen on their website here https://www.hoebridgeschool.co.uk/
It is confusing that the golf club is called Hoebridge and the school is called Hoe Bridge, but they are factually accurate. I trust you won't support inaccurate edits again. 86.0.204.19 (talk) 21:03, 23 June 2021 (UTC)
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. After taking another look, it does appear I had misidentified this edit as being an MOS violation. Let me know if you have any further concerns. Babegriev (talk) 04:28, 24 June 2021 (UTC)

V Vescovo Page
Thank you very much for the rollback of an odd edit on the Victor Vescovo page. As mentioned in the talk page, the page has two tags at the top of the page. Not sure why they persist there. Any chance you might be kind enough to review them and taking any action necessary to have them removed? It would be very much appreciated. Happy to assist in any way that is permissible, but not sure what is, given that I am the subject of the article. Best regards, Vlvescovo (talk) 22:23, 2 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Vlvescovo: Thank you for reaching out. The rollback which I had carried out on that page was done through a program called Huggle which assists rollbackers to more efficiently clean up vandalism and disruptive editing. Therefore, I had not had the opportunity to view this entire article until you mentioned it on this page. I've gone ahead and taken a quick look over the article and talk page, and it appears that you are the subject of the article. That being said, there are a few things to keep in mind as a wikipedia contributor. Your edits to the page, to my eye, appear constructive and properly sourced for the most part, however, there is an inherent concern of maintaining a neutral point of view and preventing original research with your conflict of interest as subject and editor. While I'm linking Wikipedia guidelines, I will include WP:OWN which reviews the collaborative efforts of Wikipedia and the avoidance of content ownership.
- I do concur with the editor(s) who flagged NPOV and PR issues on Victor Vescovo, and might even recommend additional proofreading for compliance with the manual of style, in particular the words to watch section. My editing experience for these types of cleanups is not great, however, WikiProject Cleanup allows for user submissions of articles which need cleanup. I would suggest you take a peek over there and a much more experienced editor can help with the removal of those tags.
- Do feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns, and happy editing. Babegriev (talk) 21:44, 3 May 2021 (UTC)

Front Row Insurance Brokers article
It is an objective, factual statement that the insurance programs "provide exclusive rates on production insurance and errors & omissions insurance to their members". Since it is factual, I would argue that the tone is fair and proportionate, as described here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Neutral_point_of_view
How would you reword that line to be more NPOV appropriate, then? Please advise.
In addition, the article references many "independent, reliable, published sources", including Toronto Star, Variety, The Globe & Mail, CTV and Yahoo.
- @ArthurRobertRobert: Thanks for reaching out! I had provided that quoted snippet as an example of a larger issue on the draft, not specifically targeting that sentence. While the quote it is factual, and even verifiable, it is not exactly encyclopedic. WP:PUFFERY and WP:SOAP are the best places to start if you'd like to read more into the concerns of avoiding content that appears as advertising on Wikipedia. By including content in the format of "exclusive... to their members," while not directly soliciting patronage, it provides undue weight to their product offerings. For a reader with no prior knowledge about the company, this can perceived as advertising.
- To answer your question as to how I would phrase that quote differently, I would not include it at all. In terms of content, it does not contribute to a more comprehensive establishment of notability towards the company. If the fact that lower corporate rates led to a public scandal, or otherwise set a foundation for notability, I would phrase it as simply as possible (e.g. "as a result of their policy rates, Front Row Insurance Brokers [Insert notable reason here]") Like I mentioned, however, this is one specific example from an issue related to the draft as a whole. At least to my eye, it currently reads more like promotional content than an encyclopedia article.
- I'll also take this opportunity to address the topic of notability. While the reliability and diversity of sources are appreciated, and the draft generally appears to meet WP:GNG, the requirements of WP:NCORP (notability specifically pertaining to companies) appear unmet. More specifically, I'd take a look at WP:INHERITORG provided the notability of the company appears to be reliant on its association with notable films and individuals. To reiterate, the verifiability of content in the draft is not of concern, but the notability of the topic has not yet been established, and therefore it would likely not survive in WP:AFD (article deletion discussions).
- In terms of next steps, before submitting the draft for review again, I would advise double- and triple- checking WP:NCORP to ensure that the guidelines are effectively met. Speaking as optimistically as possible: not all subjects and topics are notable. Just because a topic may become notable in the future does not mean it is notable now. Also keep in mind that Notability is not temporary. If notability is established, take a look over at the resources on WikiProject cleanup, and potentially have one of the great editors there take a closer look at improving the article for tone and preventing content from being perceived as promotional.
- Of course, feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns. Happy editing! Babegriev (talk) 22:43, 19 May 2021 (UTC)

Just to say the IPs are pretty obvious socks of Swoods95. Blocked from the article. Doug Weller talk 20:30, 14 February 2022 (UTC)

Content removal from ringette: copyright claim
In regards to removal of content from the article on ringette, these are not my entries. Where did this content come from and how can I find out where it came from? How is it a copyright violation? CheckersBoard (talk) 12:32, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
- @CheckersBoard: The edit in question added a block of text directly copied and pasted from this website. Please feel free to review a comparison report here. This source was not given proper attribution, was not cited, nor were quotes used. Directly copying and pasting blocks of content from an external website is considered a copyright violation under Wikipedia's policies and guidelines as it is the unauthorized use of intellectual property.
- If you did not make these edits, since they were made under your account, there may be a concern that your account has been compromised. If that is the case, I'd be more than happy to help you reach out to Admins/Stewards for the next steps. Hope this cleared some things up. Let me know if you have any questions. Bgv. - Thank you, I do have a question. I do have security concerns and would like to change my password. I haven't changed the password in years and can't remember the email I used to sign up since I started many years ago (I now use a newer one for other purposes). I can remember the password and my Username but that's it. Do you know how I can find my email address? CheckersBoard (talk) 23:33, 20 February 2022 (UTC)
- @CheckersBoard: Go ahead take a look over at WP:PASSWORD for changing your password. To find your email, you can go to Preferences up along the top bar of your screen (between Sandbox and Beta). Towards the bottom you'll see Email options, where it will list your current email address, and provide the option to change or remove it. Hope this helps! Bgv. (talk) 23:47, 20 February 2022 (UTC)

Your Recent Rollback
Hi there, I noticed that you just reverted an article but I believe that while the user that edited that information in was not adhering to NPOV, the information introduced was also uncited and/or unsourced as a majority, so next time it would be more prudent to use the more predominant error as the edit summary/reason for reverting. -Toast (talk) 03:04, 21 February 2022 (UTC)
- @ToastGuard: – Just to clarify, you're referring to this rollback? If so, thank you for the input. I elected to use NPOV on the basis that even if a RS was provided, the content's contention warranted a revert per WP:NOTOPINION and was overall unencyclopedic. I do appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind moving forward. Cheers! Bgv. (talk) 03:24, 21 February 2022 (UTC)
WP:AFC Helper News
Hello! I wanted to drop a quick note for all of our AFC participants; nothing huge and fancy like a newsletter, but a few points of interest.
- AFCH will now show live previews of the comment to be left on a decline.
- The template {{db-afc-move}} has been created - this template is similar to {{db-move}} when there is a redirect in the way of an acceptance, but specifically tells the patrolling admin to let you (the draft reviewer) take care of the actual move.
Short and sweet, but there's always more to discuss at WT:AFC. Stop on by, maybe review a draft on the way? Whether you're one of our top reviewers, or haven't reviewed in a while, I want to thank you for helping out in the past and in the future. Cheers, Primefac, via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 15:59, 16 February 2022 (UTC)

Im just saying the guy said i could keep the edit as long as it sourced also it was true.220.235.207.180 (talk) 09:13, 4 June 2022 (UTC)
- @220.235.207.180: Absolutely, and thank you for your willingness to contribute. I agree completely with Drovethrughosts that the content appears to be unsourced, that is to say a reliable source was not provided for the content which was added. I also undid your edit as it did not follow a neutral tone due to the use of biased language. Again, your edits are appreciated, however we do ask that you follow Wikipedia's policies, guidelines and manual of style. Let me know if you have any questions, or would like some help. Bgv. There is a case ongoing against Bigg Boss (Malayalam season 4).This show is prompting anti moral and hurting personnel feelings and values of viewers. So, kindly suspend this wikipedia page until the case resolve. JrPicasso (talk) 09:37, 4 June 2022 (UTC)
- @JrPicasso: I am not an admin and therefore cannot protect that page if there is an ongoing dispute. Please refer to WP:RPP to submit a request. In terms of page "suspension", I'd suggest reviewing wikipedia's guidelines on censorship. Thanks! Bgv. (talk) 15:41, 5 June 2022 (UTC)
Feedback Request
Hi there! I have recently made a request for an assessment of the article Puppetry of the Penis on WikiProject Theatre. I have been editing this article for over a month, adding almost 3000 words, new sections, an infobox, media and more references for verifiability. I noticed you were a very active (and helpful) editor of WikiProject Theatre, and was wondering if you had the time if you could have a look at the article and provide me any feedback. Any general feedback would be much appreciated and possibly an assessment of the article for importance and quality. Thank you very much. Rubyredgirl (talk) 10:37, 11 June 2021 (UTC)
- @Rubyredgirl: Please see the article talk page. Feel free to reach out with questions/concerns/comments/grievances. Thanks! Babegriev (talk) 09:41, 14 June 2021 (UTC)
