[edit]Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to List of Have You Been Paying Attention? episodes does not have an edit summary. You can use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit, or provide a description of what the edit changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits a summary may be quite brief.
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Happily888 (talk) 11:48, 16 May 2022 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Suonii180. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Melissa Leong, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Suonii180 (talk) 11:24, 23 May 2022 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Happily888. I noticed that you recently removed content from The Masked Singer (Australian TV series) without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Happily888 (talk) 13:59, 24 May 2022 (UTC)
Your recent editing history at List of Have You Been Paying Attention? episodes shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See the bold, revert, discuss cycle for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.
Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Links to draft articles
[edit]Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Blackburn Road, Melbourne. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 11:07, 31 May 2022 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for June 2
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Doncaster–Mordialloc Road, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Eastern Freeway. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:00, 2 June 2022 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Colin Fassnidge
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Colin Fassnidge requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Sunbury Road moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Sunbury Road, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:

When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]Hello, I'm Happily888. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you unlinked one or more redlinks. Often redlinks can be helpful, so we don't remove them just because they are red. They help improve Wikipedia by attracting editors to create needed articles.
In addition, clicking on the "What links here" special link (in the Wikipedia Toolbox at left) on a missing article shows how many—and which—articles depend on that article being created. This can help prioritize article creation. Redlinks are useful! Please only remove a redlink if you are pretty sure that it is to a non-notable topic and not likely ever to be created. Thanks! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Farida Yasmin (journalist), disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Happily888 (talk) 01:20, 25 September 2022 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into The Bachelors (Australian season 10). This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases for registered users, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Requests for history merge. Thank you. Happily888 (talk) 00:58, 24 January 2023 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions. One of your recent contributions to The Bachelor (Australian TV series) has been reverted or removed, because it contains speculative or unconfirmed information about a future event. Please only add material about future events if it is verifiable, based on a reliable source. Happily888 (talk) 00:59, 24 January 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm VickKiang. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Ayesha Mofiz Mala , but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. At Ayesha Mofiz Mala, you've included an entire personal life section that is unsourced, including a name on the subject's spouse, however, you've provided no in-line reliable sources, so it does not seem to meet WP:BLPNAME. Thanks. VickKiang (talk) 04:53, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion, which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. VickKiang (talk) 05:44, 25 February 2023 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to remove speedy deletion notices from pages you created yourself, as you did at Ayesha Mofiz Mala, you may be blocked from editing. After a previous revert and my caution note you removed the speedy deletion tag again. While it's all right to disagree, you, the article creator, can not unilaterally remove the tag unless it is "G6, G7, G8, G13, G14, C1 or U1". In this case it's an A7. Speedy deletion nomination of Sunidhi Nayak
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Sunidhi Nayak, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
Wikipedia and copyright
[edit]Hello AnonymousUser.UnknownUser! Your additions to Lego Friends (TV series) have been removed in whole or in part, as they appear to have added copyrighted content without evidence that the source material is in the public domain or has been released by its owner or legal agent under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. (To request such a release, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission.) While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues.
- You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
- Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
- We have strict guidelines on the usage of copyrighted images. Fair use images must meet all ten of the non-free content criteria in order to be used in articles, or they will be deleted. To be used on Wikipedia, all other images must be made available under a free and open copyright license that allows commercial and derivative reuse.
- If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into either the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Please see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
- Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps described at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. See also Help:Translation#License requirements.
It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, please ask them here on this page, or leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. — Diannaa (talk) 01:18, 20 June 2023 (UTC)

will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DonaldD23 talk to me 16:11, 5 September 2023 (UTC)
Your draft article, Draft:Ayesha Mofiz Mala
[edit]Hello, AnonymousUser.UnknownUser. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Ayesha Mofiz Mala".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. Trisha Stratford moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Trisha Stratford, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. [edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Souls (band). This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Binksternet (talk) 05:14, 28 December 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give a page a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Do, Re & Mi.
Thank you. Liz Read! Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Do, Re & Mi while logged out. Please be mindful not to perform controversial edits while logged out, or your account risks being blocked from editing. Please consider reading up on Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts before editing further. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Ratnahastin (talk) 08:12, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Lego Friends. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. Fieryninja (talk) 22:53, 5 January 2024 (UTC)
Please do not move a page to a title that is harder to follow, or move it unilaterally against naming conventions or consensus. This includes making page moves while a discussion remains underway. We have some guidelines to help with deciding what title is best for a subject. If you would like to experiment with page titles and moving, please use the test Wikipedia. Thank you. Liz Read! [edit]Hello, AnonymousUser.UnknownUser. Thank you for your work on Happy the Hoglet. Storye book, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:
Thank you for this useful article. Some issues were found, but were corrected: copyvio was turned into a cited quotation. Uncited facts were cited, or "citation needed" templates were inserted. The word "neurological" made no sense, so it was changed to "eccentric".
I have added templates: short description, British English, authority control, and dmy dates. I have checked What Links Here, and amended links so that the article is not an orphan. On the talk page, I have added WikiProjects, a banner shell, and British English and Talk header templates.
The article could be improved with more sources. Although I support the use of IMDb as a source for non-controversial material myself, there are other editors who do not support that site as a source, so you may have to find another source for some facts. It would also be useful to include the names of actors who did the voiceovers. I look forward to seeing your improvements to the article. All the best.

Tagging pages for speedy deletion
[edit]Hello, AnonymousUser.UnknownUser,
You are tagging articles incorrectly. Please review Criteria for Speedy Deletion so you understand the speedy deletion criteria better and when they apply. You can't just tag a "delete" tag and make up a reason. Use the criteria. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 06:21, 20 January 2024 (UTC)
Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Draft:Nishita Barua a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Nishita Barua. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

Speedy deletion nomination of Nishita Barua
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Nishita Barua requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia.
Liz Read! Talk! 03:01, 21 January 2024 (UTC)
Declined speedy deletion of Shahan Kabondho

Your speedy deletion nominations for this article have now been declined by three administrators. Please don't keep adding invalid speedy deletion tags; if you do, you are likely to be blocked from editing. JBW (talk) 09:52, 14 February 2024 (UTC)

The table entry at The Bachelorette (Australian TV series) is already more complete than this article, and the split of content doesn't seem to have been justified. Remember that notability isn't inherited (from the show).

[edit]Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Anna Heinrich, to Wikipedia, as doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. You seem to be creating several article for former participants from The Bachelor Australia and its spin-offs; these don't seem to be independently notable. Remember that notability isn't inherrited. It isn't evidence that they're 'famous for being famous', and the new pages seem have little more than the table entries they seem to have been sourced from. Klbrain (talk) 17:36, 6 March 2024 (UTC)

Deletion discussion about Georgia Love
[edit]Hello AnonymousUser.UnknownUser, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, Georgia Love, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Georgia Love.
Deletion discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. Our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. The most common issue in these discussions is notability, but it's not the only aspect that may be discussed; read the nomination and any other comments carefully before you contribute to the discussion. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Klbrain}}

Hello, AnonymousUser.UnknownUser
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Dclemens1971, and I thank you for your contributions.

The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.
If you wish to contest the deletion:
- Edit the page
- Remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- Click the button.
