Non-English content

Information icon Welcome, and thank you for contributing the page Sulejmani i Madherishem to Wikipedia. While you have added the page to the English version of Wikipedia, the article is not in English. We invite you to translate it into English. It currently has been listed at Pages Needing Translation, but if it is not translated within two weeks, the article will be listed for deletion. Thank you. Your contributed article, Sulejmani i Madherishem

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Sulejmani i Madherishem. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Suleiman the Magnificent. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Suleiman the Magnificent – you might like to discuss new information at the article's talk page.

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Kolbasz (talk) 22:33, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Përshëndetje dhe i mirëpritur!

[edit]

I'm sorry that I had to delete your article, but we have one already here in English, and there is one in Albanian on the Albanian Wikipedia. You can see it at http://sq.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sulejmani_I and you can probably help them to expand their article. If you want a copy of yours, I can put it in your user space for you. There are many different Wikipedias in different languages. I have edited on 21 foreign ones - but never on the Albanian one yet. We only have articles in English here, but some of the smaller Wikipedias have articles in English as well as their own language, while they wait for someone to translate them. The Albanian Wikipedia probably needs articles on many subjects (but not Sulejmani...), so you would be welcomed there if you could write articles for them. Good luck. Information icon Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Sulejmani Madherishem, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. reddogsix (talk) 23:55, 25 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Best thing to do...

[edit]

If you want a copy of your article, I'll restore it and put it in your user space. You can then copy it to your user space at sq.wikipedia - but not on your user page itself. Then ask for comments on the talk page of the existing article, giving a link to your new version. Don't just replace it. (I can't copy it over as if I do it'll put me as the author not you.) I don't speak Albanian, so I can't really be of much more help. I can tell you how to create the user space page if you don't already know. Peridon (talk) 09:44, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hooray! You created your Teahouse profile!
