[edit]Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Kevin Kewley, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. - Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Kevin Kewley, you may be blocked from editing. Thank you. GiantSnowman 19:01, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
I'm not 100% sure what you are referring to. Kevin requested that his birthdate be removed, and I posted that in the edit summary. I subsequently realized that there were other areas where it was posted, so I removed it from there too. Then I updated his profile to be current and added his coaching career and some references (since his page was lacking in that area). The only other thing I removed other than his birthday (which is considered private information for living persons from what I read on the private data page -- please advise if that's incorrect), was an insignificant coaching role of the Wichita Blue, which was an unpaid and non-professional coaching role. His professional coaching experience has properly been updated and is a significant part of his coaching career.
Was the main thing causing problems, that I kept adding new content instead of doing it in one batch? Sorry, I don't have much experience at this and I don't want to do it "wrong". I just want to help some professional coaches from the Wichita community update their bios, and I definitely don't want to be a nuisance. Alfreema (talk) 19:24, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
- If you have been asked to edit by the subject then please stop per WP:COI. The date of birth has been reported in multiple, reliable sources and should remain. All the other information you have added has been unreferenced. You have been removing sourced content and adding old versions of the infobox, hence why you have been warned for disruptive behavior.
