Cite error

[edit]

Hi. What happened is that that reference you removed was re-used elsewhere in the article, so when you removed it, there was a reference to the named reference "oregonhistory", which now no longer existed in the article. A bot, AnomieBOT fixed that error for you, as you can see in this edit. Ian (Wiki Ed) (talk) 14:56, 13 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Fish wheel, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Haida (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:58, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Peer-review

[edit]

A very interesting article! I have learned a lot. Maybe just a few details for you to check: - you could probably add more references to other wikipedia pages for key concepts (eg First Nations); - some citations do not have doi included: make sure the copyright allows you to not include it (I had this issue with one of my citation); - do you know other examples elsewhere than in North America? Other than that, nice job ! MynMada (talk) 02:47, 18 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for your contributions. I noticed in Fish ladder that you have wiki-linked many terms that we do not usually link. What to link and what not to is difficult to express in a single sentence. However, the WP:OVERLINK guideline is pretty good. Please review my edits to improve the article; I may have been slightly too aggressive unlinking a few items. —EncMstr (talk) 20:47, 18 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
