In general the criterion for inclusion in Wikipedia is explained here: Wikipedia:Notability. Very briefly, Wikipedia only summarises other sources, and only writes articles when there exist enough sources independent of the subject that we have some hope of writing a neutral article. Proposed deletion of Matthew Cook (Australian Actor)

The article Matthew Cook (Australian Actor) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No evidence of notability, very minor roles in a few movies so far, small youtube channel.
