Niacin

[edit]

As the person who raised this article to GA status, including creating the Sources table, in my opinion there is a rationale for making an exception for Nutritional yeast not being listed as per 100 grams. I suggest let's have a discussion at the Talk page of the article rather than reverting each other. Perhaps we can get other editors to voice an opinion, and that way reach a consensus. Please go ahead to with proper talk page discussion. To bootstrap it, I'd settle for three options: a) having both 16g and 100g in the table b) having nutritional yeast in a spelled-out sentence before or after the table but not /in/ the table c) any good third option, which I don't know yet. Option a) seems most appealing to me, because both entries would be right next to each other and provide full information. Thank you for engaging a proper discussion; your attitude towards IP input is a refreshing change. --92.195.226.205 (talk) 16:27, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Consistency?!? For majority of vitamins, Source tables are 100% expressed as amounts per 100 grams. Vit B6 and K are per serving. Vit B1, B2, B12 and pantothenic acid have no tables or lists. Given all this, I will revert my insistence on Nutritional yeast being an exception in the Niacin table. I may add a footnote for what a serving size contains. This settles it as far as I am concerned, considering that consistency was what I was seeking to establish from the start. Thanks for constructive discussion (no sarkasm) have a good day -- and nice job with the article overall --92.195.226.205 (talk) 17:46, 19 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
