Historic England citations

[edit]

Hi and welcome. Thank you for your contributions today. I hope you like the place and hang around. There's still a lot to do! For information, when you are citing the Historic England listed buildings database, we have a citation template you can use. Basically, it's {NHLE|num=XXXXX|desc=name of building|grade=I/II*/II as appropriate|access-date=date you make the edit}. All wrapped in the <ref> and double curly brackets. You can see how they work at The Hidden Gem. Hope this helps. KJP1 (talk) 10:45, 26 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks very much for that - I tried to research how to do these things beforehand and didn't know about that - I think that template probably solves it! Emily31Emily (talk) 08:25, 27 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
