I have also studied at university the philosophy of science - which analyses and evaluates the nature and validity of scientific perception and knowledge.

I also have a long-standing interest in meditative traditions of psychological training and experiential philosophy such as Buddhism, Hindusim, Christian Mysticism, and Sufism.

I have come to the conclusion that:

• information which is as objective or neutral as possible is crucial to the 'healthy' functioning of societies.

and

• delivering that information clearly and concisely is the best way to serve the first purpose - and is also an act of kindness to the reader! :-)
