This page contains material that is kept because it is considered humorous. Such material is not meant to be taken seriously. |
The Russian Hamster Cabal is one of the many cabals on Wikipedia. In order to join, you must be a fuzzy, ball-shaped, Mongolian rodent, and you must be no more than six inches long. If you meet all of these criteria and wish to join, please type four tildes (tilde means ~) in the section titled "Members."
Unlike many other cabals, the Russian Hamster Cabal is quite real. Yes, there is a cabal. But it's not necessarily an evil cabal.
Member traits
[edit]Members of the Russian Hamster Cabal, referred to as "Russian hamsters," love music, science, snow, incense, icons, and giving barnstars. Their favorite season is winter.
Russian hamsters are great fun to hang out with as a result of their kindness. Sadly, Wikipedians who assume bad faith often mistake these innocent creatures for KGB agents, however recent research shows that the Russian Hamster Cabal is not affiliated with any government agency.
Russian hamsters are expected to promote WikiPeace at all times. This means that they are asked to refrain from biting other users, both online and offline. These little rodents are very modest and only have three colors in their wardrobes: brown, white, and black. They think that giving barnstars is more fun than receiving them. Because of this, Russian hamsters don't boast about their awards.
What we do
[edit]The Russian Hamster Cabal is on a mission to spread WikiLove to the whole world. We like to squeak innocently on people's Talk pages and shower users with barnstars.
