Shadow Giant was an American doom metal/stoner rock band from Hammond Louisiana. Founded in 2016 by Jason Harrison (Rhythm Guitar and Vocals), Tim Weaver (Bass), David Carrol (Drums), and Byron Daniel (Lead Guitar and Vocals).[1]
Releases and Touring
[edit]The band went on to release one album, Honkytonk on the Moon[2], in 2017 and toured extensively to support the album through the American South throughout 2017 and 2018.[3] The album was released digitally, on CD, and on Cassette[4] by Graven Earth Records. The band broke up in 2019 following personal differences and burnout due to touring ad nauseum for the better part of two years.
Honkytonk On The Moon
[edit]Their only official release, Honkytonk on the moon, was recorded in late 2016 and releasing on both digital (through Bandcamp) and cassette formats January 5th, 2017.
