A Vandalism is the change, addition, or removal of material coupled with the intention of harming the encyclopedia. (Good faith edits ≠ vandalism.) Y Correct.
2 List 3 situations where an edit which could be considered vandalism, may not actually be vandalism.
A edit warring, an edit that is slightly garbled because English is not the editor's native language, style errors (such as not following MOS or mistyping wiki code) 2/3. Edit warring isn't even really considered to be anything approaching vandalism. It's definitely disruptive though.
3 What are obvious indicators of a vandalism edit while watching recent changes?
A None of these signs are definite proof, but things to watch for include big content removals shown by a bold red number (possible section blanking), IP edits, red linked user names, and automatic edit summaries saying "←Blanked the page" or "←Replaced content with" 2/4, though only the last one really hit the mark for me. Large content removals can be vandalism, but they can also be removal of BLP vios and copyright violations. I'll give this one to you though. IP's aren't necessarily vandals, and I'm no fan of the connotation. Blanking coupled with IP edit, maybe, but just looking at IP editors isn' really fair. As for redlinked usernames, many established users may not have a user page. To clarify, marks for answers 1 and 4.
4 How do you revert vandalism?
A Usually undo plus adding to edit summary that it's vandalism does the trick. Sometimes vandalism isn't noticed (or get's only partialy repaired) and later good faith edits complicate the picture. Then you might have to just edit to fix along with a detailed edit summary pointing to the initial vandalizing edit. Y Yep this works. Note of course the many automated tools you can use as well.
5 What warning template would you use if a user removed or blanked all the content from a page?
A I'm assuming this is the first warning, in which case it would be Uw-delete1. Y Correct.
6 What warning template would you use if a user add the words "i really hate wikipedia!" to an article?
A Uw-vandalism1 Y Correct, I'd have accepted uw-test1 as well.
7 How do you add an article to your watchlist?
A Click the watch tab at the top of the page. (Or editing can add it if you have your preferences set that way.) Y, keep in mind you can also tick the box at the bottom of the edit summary section as well.
8 If you misuse such tools as WP:TW or WP:VPRF what could happen?
A If you misuse Twinkle or other tools you are just as responsable as if it had been a manual edit. If you misuse it you may be blocked. (It would be pretty hard to misuse VandalProof. ;-) Y Correct.

Permissions Assignment
What is a permission?
Answer - A permision is access to a technical wiki feature or tool. Y Correct.
What pages are un-registered users able to edit?
Answer - pages with no protection (pages without the padlock symbol) Y Correct. This question is supposed to be worded "What are un-registered users unable to do on the wiki" ie create new pages, upload images, mark edits as minor, but as long as you understand that, that's fine.
What is an auto confirmed account?
Answer - When a registered account is at least four days old and has at least ten edits a couple permissions get added. They can then edit semi-protected pages and create article pages (versus the user and talk pages they could make before). They can also upload files. Partly correct. Autoconfirmed accounts can also move pages.
What is a confirmed account?
Answer - An account can be manually given editing permission earlier than four days if it's needed. Y Correct.
What permissions do autoconfirmed accounts have?
Answer - Autoconfirmed accounts can: upload files, move pages, edit semi-protected pages, create a new article page, create a new talk page, mark an edit as monor, move a page (change title), upload a new version of a file you uploaded before, and send email (to people who's accounts are set up to recieve it). Y Correct.
Who can grant rollback?
Answer - any administrator Y Correct.
What does rollback enable you to do?
Answer - It lets you get rid of vandalism by going back to the most recent page version that is not an edit by the vandal. Y Correct.
What should you not use rollback for?
Answer - to get around the 3 revert rule or to get rid of writing you just disagree with Y Correct, I will give you this one, as your answer seems to understand the answer, the answer I actually was looking for is "Anything except obvious vandalism." But this answer is fine.
What does the account creator allow you to do?
Answer - It lets you create more than 6 accounts a day. (I don't see what this is used for in practice. Is there really more than a very occasional need for this?) Partly correct. Account creators also can override the anti spoof check. Normal users cannot create accounts that are similar to an existing account name, due to possibility of impersonation, but accountcreators can bypass this.
If you have the IP block exemption user right, what does it allow you to do?
Answer - It lets an editor go on editing in spite of being accidentally affected by a block directed at somebody else.Y Correct.
What does the autopatrolled user right allow you to do?
Answer - It lets your new articles skip review by new page patrollers. Y Correct.
What are administrators able to do?.
Answer - The can delete or restore pages, block accounts or addresses, and rollback. They can give other users some permissions such as reviewer, rollback, and autopatrol) Partly correct. Admins can also protect and unprotect pages, view a list of pages not watched by anyone else, and make change to the MediaWiki interface. The last 2 are trivial, but the protection one is major.
How do you request adminship?
Answer - In a Request for Adminship you answer a series of questions. Based on your answers people post whether they support, oppose, or are neutral to giving you the tools and a "consensus" is determined. Y Correct.
What are bureaucrats main duties?
Answer - They give editors admin or bureaucrat tools, and give bots permissions. (I know they do more than this but even the official descriptions I looked at are pretty vague. Do the "nuts and bolts" in the lesson description equal programming duties?) Partly correct. Nah, crats don't do programming, but one major thing you forgot is the ability for crats to rename accounts, an ability only crats possess. :)
What technical abilities do stewards have?
Answer - They can give or remove permissions from admin on up on any of the projects. Please clarify your answer here as I'm unsure if I misunderstand the meaning of your answer. On rereading it I see that it wasn't worded very well so no surprise that you didn't understand it. They can give (or take away) the permissions associated with admins and bureaucrats. This ability applies to all the various wikis that are related to Wikipedia (in other words other projects of the foundation). They can also give oversight or checkuser permission. If a wiki lacks people with a particular permission a steward can step in and do the needed task. Y Correct.
What does checkuser enable a user to check?
Answer - the IP addresses an editor is using Y Correct.
What is oversight?
Answer - It's a way to hide a reverted edit from view. N Wrong, this answer is a little to far off the mark to be given partly correct. Oversight is a way to hide a previous revision from view, but that is view from everyone, the general public, admins, etc. It's also only used in extenuating circumstances, major copyvios, posted private and personal info about a user, and libelious content.
What type of a user must you be to be granted oversight?
Answer - You need to be at least 18 and someone who has given proof of identity. Y Correct.
