Shilaj Baral (/sɪlɒzj/, Nepali: शिलज; born September 16, 1997) is a Graduate Student Researcher in Jeonbuk National University, South Korea. He is currently doing doctorate degree in Energy AI Convergence and his research area is Computational Fluid Dynamics.

A member of a middle-class Nepali family, Baral was born in Chitwan, Nepal and as an International Student went to JBNU in 2023. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Paschimanchal Campus, Pokhara. After graduation he co-founded Lipsa Group to facilitate Bharatpur occupants with Electronics need of the metropolitan. Later, he shifted his career towards Artificial Intelligence.
