• Canna compacta Roscoe = Canna indica in PoWO, but article says that Canna compacta Bouché = Canna compacta hort. ex Bouché in IPNI is the synonym of C. indica [29 Oct 24]
• Oxanthera brevipes – Oxanthera is a synonym of Citrus but no name for this species published apparently [29 Oct 24]
• Pyrenaria buisanensis = Pyrenaria microcarpa var. ovalifolia in PoWO [29 Oct 24] – Pyrenaria microcarpa
• Melhania milleri – not in PoWO [29 Oct 24]
• Rughidia, Rughidia cordata, Rughidia milleri – genus not in PoWO, but genus and these 2 spp. in GBIF here [29 Oct 24];
• Stipa tulcanensis – unplaced in PoWO [29 Oct 24]
• Talk:Quercus × hispanica – I have updated Quercus × hispanica and Quercus × crenata, but sources may change [29 Oct 24]
• Quercus margarettae – Quercus margaretiae – e-mailed IPNI & PoWO; they changed to "margaretta". See Quercus margarettae § Taxonomy. I'm inclined to leave as margarettae, I think. – Article needs editing as IPNI & PoWO now use "margaretta".

• Grewia milleri – species is not in PoWO or IPNI or found in a Google Scholar search; seems only to be in the 2004 IUCN Redlist [21 Mar 23]
• Holopogon pekinensis – unplaced in PoWO [29 Oct 24]
• Lachemilla angustata → Alchemilla – unplaced in PoWO; Alchemilla angustata already in use for a different species, so will need a nomen novum.
• Olea oleaster – confusion with cultigens
• Otholobium pubescens – see also Otholobium holosericeum – Template:Taxonomy/Otholobium – PoWO – Otholobium is a mess; African species are placed in Psoralea by PoWO; South American species seem to be left in Otholobium but treated as unplaced
• Pararistolochia enricoi – unplaced in PoWO [29 Oct 24]
• Psoralea glandulosa – syn. of Otholobium glandulosum in PoWO, but this is unplaced – see Ortholobium above
• Rhamnus bourgaeana – syn. of Rhamnus oleoides subsp. bourgaeana in PoWO [29 Oct 24] – made redirect to Rhamnus oleoides  Done
• Solanum lanuginosum – unplaced in PoWO [29 Oct 24]
• Tyloglossa genistiformis – unplaced in PoWO [29 Oct 24]
