Experiment: 100 random pages from AWB; how many with bracketed disambiguation don't have a link from base name:

• 1st run: 12 have "(", 2 needed hatnotes from base name article (Red or Dead (novel), Kinahan Cornwallis (writer) - though he was mentioned in primary topic text, several paragraphs into the article, as father)

• 2nd run: 14 articles have "(", 2 needed additions (hatnote for Detroit Lakes (Amtrak station), dab page entryfor Speak of the Devil (song)); complicated link for Palacio de los Deportes to get to Palacio de los Deportes (Heredia); added an entry for the slightly edge case of (48476) 1991 UP3. 15:19, 20 December 2013 (UTC)

• 3rd run: 14 with "(": Moved Carbon Shift (book) to base name, dab not needed (no redirect in place); List of Saturday Night Live guests (Q–T) not a disambiguator, but needs to be, and is, linked from base name; Saturday Night Magazine leads to dab page at Saturday Night and thence to Saturday Night Magazine (U.S.); The Whip (play) needed a redirect re-targetted and an entry on the dab page; Moved Une fleur (painting) to base name - already had redirect so was findable. Total of 2 which weren't findable (Carbon Shift and The Whip). 15:45, 20 December 2013 (UTC)
