The following is a list of all smartphones officially running the AndroidOS on wireless networks in the US.
As of Q2 2010, Google's Android became the No. 1 operating system installed on US mobile devices, making it the fastest growing mobile OS in the world. By 2014, the AndroidOS is expected to account for 29.6 percent of the global market share for new smartphone sales, closing the gap between Android and Symbian, the world's largest mobileOS distribution, to within less than 1%. Nokia Corp's SymbianOS is expected to retain that title into 2014, with the OS still holding 30.2% of its once staggering 60 percent of the global market share.
