This is Thangasamy Job Anbalagan or T. Job Anbalagan from Delhi, India. After 34 years of active Government and Public Sector Services in the apex anti-corruption body of India i.e. Central Vigilance Commission and in the Vigilance and anti-corruption departments of three leading Central Public Sector Undertakings i.e. Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., Airports Authority of India (as Dy. Chief Vigilance Officer) and Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd., (as Vigilance Officer), Job Anbalagan retired from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., as Dy. General Manager (Vigilance) in the scale of General Manager on 31st May 2009. After retirement, he has taken upon the responsibility of mentoring young executives working in the private and public sector companies and the business school students on a newly coined managerial subject, "Ethics Management". He has been contributing blogs/articles to the portal of Silicon India and his blogs on Ethics Management are read by thousands of business professionals. His blogs can be read at Ethics Management. It is a unique course which appears to have not been taught in any university or business college in the world, though business ethics is being taught as a syllabus. The author has prepared curriculum for this unique course, mostly out of his long experience in the Corporate Sector. He believes practice counts more than theory being taught in business schools. A business school student comes to know more about management only after he or she takes up a career.
