  • No - Has the article been to WP:XFD before?
    • Yes - Do any of the following WP:CSD reasons apply? G4 (Deleted at WP:XFD before), G5 (Created by banned user), G6 (Housekeeping), G8 (Dependent on deleted page), G9 (Office actions), G12 (Copyright violation), A2 (Copy of Foreign wiki page), A5 (Transwiki'd page), F8 (Copy on Commons), F9 (Copyright violation), or U1 (User request).
      • Yes - The WP:CSD reasons listed in the question are allowed. If declined, then take back to WP:XFD as the only option.
      • No - WP:XFD is the only option.
    • No - Consider if any WP:CSD reasons apply. If none apply or if WP:CSD is declined, then continue. Is the article a WP:BLP with no sources?
      • Yes - WP:BLPPROD is allowed and the easiest option. Consider a normal WP:PROD if sources are added, or WP:XFD if WP:PROD is not available.
      • No - WP:BLPPROD is not allowed. Has the page been to WP:PROD before or is WP:PROD not applicable?
        • Yes - WP:PROD is not allowed. WP:XFD is the only remaining option.
        • No - WP:PROD is allowed and the easiest option. Consider taking to WP:XFD if WP:PROD is declined.
