His Royal Highness Dr Muhammad Fatehi Al-Sagoff was born on November 17 1986 in Malaysia. He is also one the descendants of Allahyarham Orang Kaya Indera Shahbandar TunDato' Indera Haji Abdul Razak bin Hussein (Jawi: عبد الرزاق بن حسين; 11 March 1922 – 14 January 1976) and also from Sultanate Johore-Riau.

He is a writer, advisor, investor and educator. He was top analyst in the financial industry in Vietnam. He returned back to his homeland after finished his education and became one of the advisor for Malaysian government. He was exiled from his homeland after his sexuality exposed him as a homosexual which is against the Royal Constitution.

He last appeared in public during opening day of the parliament on 2016 and never been seen since then. Rumor also said he was engaged in scandals with his family members regarding to 1MDB. On 2021 he were trying to enter Brunei DarulSalam but denied by the authority which is make the evidence of his scandal more solid.
