Greetings fellow wanderers!
My name is Omar Delannoy-Bruno. I am (and hopefully like most of you) a collector and a truth-seeker. A collector because I consider knowledge to be our most valuable possession, and so, I am inclined to find and, ergo, collect all bits and parts of it. And a truth-seeker, not because the truth can set us free, but because it can modified our perception as we do not see the world as it is, but as we are (check Kathryn Schulz's TED presentation for an awesome depiction of being wrong and about our perception of the world).
I am also passionate about uncovering the mysteries of our nature. Hence, I will, in time, contribute to the goals of this enterprise that is Wikipedia, and spread the knowledge I have acquired to those who are curious and are courageous to wander (or may it be to those that are just bored).
For the time being, I will be helping bright undergraduate students from the illustrious Washington University in St. Louis, MO, USA, to create, or expand, articles in the realm of behavioral ecology, particularly focused on nature's most strenuous workers, bees.
I am a graduate student at this institution in the Molecular Microbiology and Microbial Pathogenesis program, and I'm TA'ing this year's class on Behavioral Ecology.
Live long and prosper!
