This subpage is of a subpage of my list of Railroad-related projects, specifically those of my New York City Subway-related projects. You'd think being a fomer New Yorker, I would've written some articles on these stations, but no such luck. The most I've ever done is add some former elevated stations that seem fairly significant, and contribute to a lot of the existing ones, the first batch of which are those that are former Long Island Rail Road stations, i.e.; the IND Rockaway Line.

Once again, I must point out that I refuse to recognize the recent campaign to eliminate railroad systems from station names over the false excuse of unnecessary disambiguations, especially within the New York City Subway system. In other words, the present state of WP:USSTATION can be damned to hell!

To make matters worse, WP:NYCPT now refuses to recognize the R33 World's Fair (New York City Subway car) and R36 World's Fair (New York City Subway car).

From this point on, I will limit my activities to organizing and categorizing certain photographs, with the possibility of adding new images.

FORMER GOALS and OTHER TIDBITS

I honestly can't think of too many articles that needs to be created. I've considered some of the former El Stations, but the only stations left to write about are the BMT Lexington Avenue Line stations between the Fulton Ferry and Washington Avenue (BMT Myrtle Avenue Line), and I'm not sure they're worth writing about. Besides that, with the current effort to screw up the naming conventions by WP:TRAINS administrators and editors, such articles aren't worth working on anyhow. Expand existing articles as much as I can. Add infoboxes to every former El Station that doesn't have one(Completed the BMT Fifth Avenue Line, BMT Fulton Street Line (albeit with some missing opening and closing dates), BMT Lexington Avenue Line, BMT Myrtle Avenue Line, and IRT Second Avenue Line so far.). Add neighborhoods to more station lists, most of which seems to be former lines at this point. Add New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission parameters to any infobox that needs them. Split the Jamaica Yard commons category between the IND Queens Boulevard Line and the Long Island Rail Road. Split the commons categories for BMT and IND levels of Archer Avenue Line stations. Take as many pictures as I can, and that I think are necessary.
