Cdparra was Born in Luque, a small city located 20km north of the Capital of Paraguay, Asuncion. He is computer scientist and engineer, with a passion for Social & Community informatics. In 2009, he got his diploma in Computers Engineering by the National University of Asuncion. In 2014, he obtained a Ph.D. in this discipline from the University of Trento, Italy. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral researcher at UC Berkeley with a fellowship awarded by INRIA. At Berkeley, he is working at CITRIS.
