Thom Brodeur is an American businessman, brand builder and philanthropist. Brodeur is the founder and chief executive officer of Brodeur Beauty – a company that brings disruptive beauty brands to market and that owns the internationally renowned Reina Belleza Universo [Queen Beauty Universe] beauty competition. Recently rebranded Queen Beauty, the name has been licensed to New York-based digital media and production company Elizabeth Miles which recently launched a streaming TV network dedicated to beauty, fashion and pageant content called The Queen Beauty Network in which Brodeur is a founding shareholder. Brodeur Beauty also operates Brodeur Beauties - a coaching business that specializes in strategy, personal branding, styling and social media strategy for pageant queens, models and beauty influencers from all over the world. As founder and CEO of PageantFans™ - the pageant industry's first-ever creator and fan app, Brodeur is taking aim at meeting the needs of the 700 million+ pageant fans and nearly 10 million beauty pageant contestants and queens who compete in more than 350,000 pageants around the world every year. PageantFans is the only app of its kind tailored to the global pageant ecosystem, combining content, community and commerce all under one digital roof.

Brodeur has been recognized as a visionary CEO, and as an outspoken advocate for women in the technology and beauty industries for decades, and has been featured in media around the world including CW, Yahoo! MSN, ABC, The Times, Vox, The New York Times, CNN, The Daily Beast and others for his calls for leadership change and contract reform in the 100+ year-old international pageant industry. In a recent story in Forbes, Brodeur has suggested that the multi-billion-dollar global pageant industry would benefit from tech-enabled disruption. A Fortune article pegged Brodeur as a change agent who has the tech industry chops and passion for creating a new paradigm for the millions of women around the world who compete in what he describes as the 'sport' of pageantry.

Brodeur earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and economics from Youngstown State University and holds two Executive MBA certificates from the renowned Thunderbird School of Global Management.[1]

Recently, Brodeur served as chief executive officer of Sky Wellness – a company that makes, markets, and sells premium THC free, Broad Spectrum, Full Spectrum and THC free Isolate Hemp-derived CBD products for people and their animals. The company's house of five CBD brands includes Sky Wellness, CBDaF!, EquineX, D Oh Gee and Rip'D makes, markets and sells over 100 products through nearly 3,800 retail locations across the United States.

Previously, Brodeur served as the chief executive officer of Yandy.com. While at Yandy he led efforts to brand the company, expand its customer base, and drive growth in its core lingerie and costume businesses while accelerating growth in its emerging swimwear and everyday intimates’ categories. Yandy.com was the official swimwear and active wear sponsors of the 2017 Miss USA and Miss Teen USA competitions (Yandy.com Is Official Swimsuit Sponsor of 2017 Miss USA Competition – WWD).[2][3][4]

Brodeur has served in executive leadership roles in technology, digital marketing and media companies including GoDaddy where he was the company’s first chief marketing officer. Brodeur was Marketwired's executive vice president, global development, EmpowHER, president and COO, Digital Air Strike, COO, Maria Shireen, president and COO. A community leader and philanthropist, Brodeur has served on boards of directors and executive committees of The American Electronics Association, the Mayor’s Bio Roadmap Steering Committee, the Governor’s Council on Innovation and Technology, and the Phoenix Sister Cities Commission.[1][5][6][7] Brodeur was a founding Board member of the Arizona Software and Internet Association and led its rebranding effort to become what is today the state’s largest technology industry trade association - The Arizona Technology Council.[8][9][10]

Brodeur has been featured in dozens of domestic and international media outlets and has made appearances on business radio, television news programs and as a co-host and judge of a regional pitch event for ABC’s Shark Tank with Daymond John.[14][15][16][17]
