Millennium and Evergreen Integration

@Northwest: @Sweetnhappy: wouldn't it make more sense, for the Millennium Line section here, to start at VCC-Clark and go to Lougheed, then start the Evergreen Extension section at Lougheed and go out to Lafarge? The reason being the other lines start closer to downtown--and in the case of the Expo Line, the way it's currently organized, the Millennium line is the reverse direction (east to west for ML but west to east for Expo). Since downtown/near-downtown is a common terminus for all three Skytrain lines, using it as the origin for this listing seems good in terms of consistency
