As this template has no parameters, there is nothing to really document in the documentation. Please can someone remove the {{improve documentation}} template from the documentation part of the page? Thanks, DesertPipeline (talk) 21:51, 10 August 2021 (UTC)

Could {{R template-protected}} (or {{Rcat shell}}, which sorts it automatically) be added to the redirect? Aidan9382 (talk) 05:48, 15 September 2022 (UTC)

Purpose and meaning
[edit]What is this template used for? From what links here, it seems to have something to do with WP:SOCK or WP:BLOCK. jlwoodwa (talk) 01:25, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
- Late, but it is used by CheckUsers to share information at WP:SPI. Because they cannot reveal the exact details of what CU returns, they use templates to say things like "Account1 and Account2 are Technically indistinguishable". This one is normally used to signify that there are no technical differences between the accounts, but the CU suspects that they might still be operated by different people. (For instance, if it looks like two people are editing from the same computer at a library.) Best, HouseBlaster (talk • he/they) 03:40, 14 October 2024 (UTC)
