There are two redundant lines in the switch statement that needs to be removed:
|PR=Puerto Rico |VI=Virgin Islands
Both those territories are listed further down (and with the correct names, as VI should be "U.S. Virgin Islands", not just "Virgin Islands"). A fixed version is available in the sandbox.

- @Redrose64: Oops, that should be fixed in this revision. I didn't realize that when you create a template sandbox by using the "mirror" link it leaves out the documentation. --Ahecht (TALK
