I fail to see when this should be used. If material looks like speculation, it can be challenged with {{Citation needed}}. If the editor challenging the statement thinks it is speculation, this can be noted via the reason parameter ({{Citation needed|reason=Seems to be speculation}}). If readers need a stronger warning, the statement can be flagged as {{Dubious}}. --Chealer (talk) 17:02, 29 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
