Change request

I request this templates internal parameters be changed to |- ! colspan="3" style="border-top: 5px solid #99CCFF;" | Educational offices . That new template was created by WP:SBS to merge educational with cultural offices. The title at the top of this title template would change from "Academic offices" to "Educational and cultural offices." Thank you!

No, because that's a bad idea. Why confuse academic offices with educational ones and educational ones with cultural ones? They are three quite different things. This template is not high-risk and should not be protected, however, since it's only on a couple hundred pages (and there being other protected succ boxes is no excuse at all). Alignment?

Hey, is there any way to align the box on one side of the page, rather than the center? I tried inserting: align="right" without any success. Any ideas?
