Canadian cheeses
[edit]Safyrr, does this template serve any need that could not be met by the already existing {{Canadian cheeses}} template? As far as I can tell, there are only two cheeses different between the two. Could we perhaps merge them and create a Quebecois subsection in the Canadian cheeses navbox? As it stands, the two templates have major overlap and are present next to each other on most pages. — HTGS (talk) 02:54, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
- HTGS Yeah, that sounds fine to me. Maybe the first section is called something like "Quebecois cheeses", and then the second section is called "Cheeses from other provinces"? I felt it was very misleading to call the template "Canadian cheeses" when all but 2 of the cheeses are from Quebec. Quebec is recognized for its fromageries and dairy industry, so having it not acknowledged while most cheeses are from Quebec is just like demeaning. Safyrr 18:52, 20 December 2021 (UTC)
