bad message
[edit]Doc says
- This template will render an inline notification that a certain phrase or sentence needs equivalent translation in English, such as a direct quotation in a foreign language which would benefit from an English translation.
To add the template, insert{{Not English-inline}}
after the phrase that needs to be translated. This will leave a note to other editors that it needs to have English equivalent.
No it doesn't! It displays* as "[is English?] ", and it links to Wikipedia:Pages needing translation into English, which says nothing about "a certain phrase or sentence". It needs documentation of its own, or at the very least a description in the usage section, where it isn't even mentioned among the related templates.
I have some idea of what it needs, but I have little experience editing even simple templates, and this is a complex situation.
