Not done:, because

The parser function does not function in exactly the same way. For example,
- {{MONTHNUMBER|12.9999}} returns 12
- {{#time:n|12.9999}} returns Error: Invalid time.
There are many many transclusions of this template. (And I don't propose changing them all!)
