The long awaited cousin template to IPvandal

The current WHOIS info is from dnsstuff, feel free to change to samspade if you wish. Designed as alternative to IPVandal, and has had block log, and block user, removed.--{anon iso − 8859 − 1janitor} 23:51, 28 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This needs to be changed- dnsstuff requires a login and then only provides a trial of their website. Samspade would be good for the whois, except they block you if you fetch too many results from them in a short period of time.
