Not working?
[edit]Not sure if it's just me but the ICD10PCS template doesn't seem to work, it just links to http://www.icd10data.com/ICD10PCS/Codes/, whatever is filled in for the code (for example on Dacryoscintigraphy). The fact that the example on the Template:Infobox diagnostic page does the same leads me to think it's a problem with the template itself? -Beevil (talk) 22:03, 30 May 2017 (UTC)
I have put together a fix. I couldn't get the second parameter to behave as described in the documentation. Fortunately the external source seems able to correctly parse being fed just a code. The "fix" was only working during preview. So self-reverted, and await expert input. Fixed @Beevil and Little pob: I've fixed the template, though it may take a while for cached pages to reflect the change. The template needed a little conditional logic to test for the existence of parameter #2 when building the URL. Also of note, two codes used in the examples didn't have a page on the site the template links to. I revised the documentation accordingly. —Shelley V. Adams ‹blame

- ICD10data have added the chapter, block, and category as subfolders before each code. See [1] as an example. As such links are no longer parsing correctly. Is there another free ICD-10-PCS look-up service that does not have advertising? Little pob (talk) 19:02, 21 May 2018 (UTC)
- I have altered the documentation to state that both parameters are needed. However, the template does not work for some partial codes/chapter level links. For example compare the codes listed at Hypnotherapy and Neurosurgery#Neurosurgery methods to Radiation therapy. Little pob (talk) 14:14, 22 May 2018 (UTC)
