Hi Mr. Scorch, nice work making this template! I amended the wording. If you disagree with my changes you can amend them or you can rollback my changes and we can discuss here. Appended disclaimer

Should "This message has been sent as a courtesy using a standardized template." be included on the template? The template is customized and I see no need to include this, it makes it seem impersonal when in acctuallity we'er more than happy to respond or help, and just isn't needed in my opinion. Thoughts?
