[edit]This was a WP:BOLD move on my part, I recognize that. But the likelihood of this massive massive banner being put on more talk pages increases with the ability to have it collapsed by default. 99% of the time, its consensus items will not be relevant. But this makes them available to the page discussion when that 1% comes up. If there's a lot of disagreement about this I will happily revert and await consensus. But I think this should be relatively uncontroversial for a banner this size...--Shibbolethink (♔ ♕) 23:14, 7 August 2021 (UTC)
