Template is omitting some parameters

@Od Mishehu: this template no longer puts the target category name into the "Add entry" line displayed after subst'ing {{cfm}}.

E.g. Category:Thai desserts displays:

Add entry: {{subst:cfm2|Thai desserts|header=|text=Your reason(s) for the proposed merger. ~~~~}}

It should display

Add entry: {{subst:cfm2|Thai desserts|Thai desserts and snacks|header=|text=Your reason(s) for the proposed merger. ~~~~}}

Also, subst'ing cfm2 in the log page now omits the section heading for the discussion. If there is no entry for the header= parameter, it should default to Category:{{{1}}}, e.g. "Category:Thai desserts" in this example. – Fayenatic London 11:21, 16 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
